Great gym
Great gym, all the staff are so friendly and helpful. Great management. So much equipment so even on busy periods you can always access. I love that they have a women’s only sauna - Would 100% recommend

Poor way to treat customers
Extremely disappointed with my overall experience with JD Gyms and unfortunately will not be using again.
Got a new phone and went to the gym to use my access code via the app, it wouldn’t work, the gentleman who worked in the gym, let me in. Next time I went happened again, spoke to the manager he checked the membership, it was up to date, he told me to contact customer services, that’s what I did. I received a response, telling me to reset my password. I tried to do this but the link would not work. Contacted customer services again to explain link wasn’t working, was then asked if I was sure I was only accessing the gym once a day, not multiple times. I had already explained to them that was not the case. I was basically told by the agent to take it up with my local gym, despite being told by the manager to contact customer services. I was also told that staff in the gym, would let me in anytime I wanted to use it. I just want to make it clear, it’s not the staff’s job to let me in and out every time I want to use the gym, if they had to do that for every customer, they would not have time to do anything else. I then stated that I was just going to leave. I was told by another advisor from the customer service team that they could do that for me, not one effort to keep me, by even offering to fix the issue.
I’ve also had to pay another payment yesterday for a gym I have not intention of using, as I had to give 30 days notice (I am neurodivergent and suffer from anxiety) So, when I want to go the gym I want to relax, not be pressing buttons to get staff to come out to let me in and out, it’s extremely distressing and humiliating.
I did receive an email after cancelling days later, trying to sort the issue by providing another link for changing password and what could be done to fix the issue, but I feel it’s too late now.
Poor customer service. I would not recommend to a friend.

Was the worst experience I’ve had and…
Was the worst experience I’ve had and I’ve trained in a lot of gyms, machines out of order, not enough attachments for cable machines.
I trained at 21:00 and had to wait 5 minutes on 3 different occasions to use a peace of equipment, clearly over crowded.
cancelled my membership the next day

Didn’t like this gym at all
Didn’t like this gym at all, free weights all over the place in the wrong order, bench’s too close others, felt claustrophobic.
No staff in sight, people didn’t even let on.
No atmosphere. Changing rooms were a mess. I really do not recommend this gym. Awful.
