When i contacted jdsports about the problem, they told me to sent them back at own cost. I paid full price for a quality and not b quality.

the store keeps the product and doesn’t send it to warehouse back.
I didn’t pick up my product from the store because I didn’t want to have the product. That’s how I informed the customer service. Normally when you don’t pick up the product, it’s being sent after 7 days. But the store still keeps the product for 20 days and doesn’t send it to warehouse. The store doesn’t take any action. This is why I can’t get my money back.
