I bought 2 trousers, waited for so long and no email from jd shop,so when I was tired and decided to to the shop,the guy on the cashier told me that is possible is late without even confirming,so I, Insisted that she check on the computer and guess what my parcel was just there on there store,therefore I was not happy and I was even sick,but just forced myself to the shop.and another time I forgot to write my house number and guess what jd was not able to help,instead they keep sending me to go communicate with dp the parcel sending company and that was really a problem because the db also told me that jd should help so that was like a cat and mouse game to me,so please jd change and try to help your client,remember I bought fila 4 pairs of shoes one time,so if you value your customers please respect and solve there issues okay thank you.liz

shoes are not double boxed
It would be better if shoes were shipped in an extra cardboard box. My shoes were shipped in just a bag and the shoe box itself was a bit damaged.

I orderd Nike Af1 size 42 recieved size 40 try to switched it in a JD store in Ghent but couldn’t change or recieve my money back because i paid with ‘paypal’ i had to buy the pair off shoes again i was going get the money in a week 3 damn weeks later still no money!?!?
