Outstanding service
I was at JD sports at willow brook mall today and met staff name Maryam. She was a gem. She was outstanding and went out of her way to help us out to check sizes for use and offering us different options that might work. I gave her 10/10 marks.

Terrible customer service
Ordered hoodies and sweatpants. Pants were correct size hoodie came in a size smaller then what I ordered. Tried calling to be able to return the incorrect size and receive the correct size . They have to “investigate” tf you need to investigate when I want to return and receive the correct one?? It’s jd sports mistake yet they make you wait with zero response to the issue.

Terrible experience with JD sports
Terrible experience with JD sports. Brought a 220 dollar pair of shoes. Got then home, thry were Terribly made, you could se the glue outlined on them, scratches on the back of the shoes. Called the store and had Terrible service. Will never buy shoes again from them. Happy I finally got them returned and refunded.

AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS! They send you garbage, used items. I ordered shoes for my son. Received 1 shoe that was both used and smelled horrible. I threw their TRASH away as it was stinking up my house. They refuse to support me other than returning their trash. I am not digging trash out of my trashcan, nor am I wasting more of my time to correct THEIR ISSUE. ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced. Save yourself, your mental health, and your money by shopping ANYWHERE else! If I could give 0 stars, or negative stars I would!

Do NOT order from this company
Do NOT order from this company. I ordered a women's size 8 shoe, received a men's size 8 in a completely mangled box, went through the hassle of returning the shoes, only to be refused a refund because of the condition of the box. Somehow it made more sense to this company to pay shipping fees to ship these shoes back to me! While I understand returns can be costly for a business, I would have been happy with a store credit.
