Ordered a pair of New Balance shoes on June 6th, delivered to my home in Montreal on June 14th. The shoes are in perfect condition and no issues to speak of whatsoever.

I ordered some shoes for $130, they delivered to the front door without knocking. I live in a busy place that's open, the item wasn't there when I checked the tracking to see if it was delivered. The item was not there. JD have offered no solution, just said the item was delivered so nothing we can do. I'm now $130 down.

Did not receive my item.

Great communication on product processing to delivery. Easy transaction and received exactly the product I ordered. Excellent condition.

fast delivery but the size on the website is not the good one i had to return them (adidas originals women's gazelle bold cream)

Never had an issue with my order and I get it within 2 business day or the latest the end of week. They have great prices and sales for stylish runners and fashionable shoes.

I live in the US and this is the closest website to the US
The local mall opened a JD Sports a couple of months ago and I needed a new pair of shoes
So went to the JD in hopes of something good
A pair of new Nike Dn8's were $210 USD!
NOTHING under a hundred dollars!
The Nike Factory Store had a great pair of shoes for only $80, then gave me a discount out of nowhere, shoes were only $54!
Lower the prices, JD!

For the wrong sized shoe they were to big but didn’t notice they were the wrong size until I wore them so can’t return

Happened to me twice now. Product is up in the website and after few days after I paid for it, it’s already out of stock and they refund me, they didn’t even notify me. Waste of damn time

I ordered a crossbody bag for my trip next week but unfortunately they sent me a wrong one. Now I need to return it and go to the nearest FEDEX. In the first place the reason I ordered online is to avoid the hassle to go to the store.But I have no other choice but to drive.They gave me free shipping and 2 dollars off for my repurchase of the same product. It doubled the hassle. Never gonna buy again in their store.

I ordered a pair of new balance 550 in pink online and received a green pair . I emailed the company and they sent me a refund receipt to send them back and gave me 15% off my order of the correct shoes . It was fast delivery but when I received this new Order, it was also wrong and they sent me another green pair . At this point , I will be taking them back to the local store and my daughter will not be receiving them for her birthday. Is this incompetence or a glitch in the system ?!?
