Part of my order never arrived
Part of my order never arrived , I eventually found a way to contact them and was told I need to call them as they rejected the form I submitted! I’m now down €50 as I don’t get a chance to go through all this over the phone while looking after a small fussy baby that needs my attention all the time!

Everytime I use the app it logs me out…
Everytime I use the app it logs me out so I have to reenter my email and password. Even though I enter my details correctly, the app tells me that my details are wrong. Also on the app if you add an item to your bag and try to proceed to checkout it will tell you that an item is sold out but won’t tell you which item.

0/10 manager skills - Dundrum
Terrible customer service. Girl at sales counter was accommodating. Manager absolutely useless.
Was trying to exchange completely unopened box of boxers with price / stickers on box bought during the week as a gift but they are wrong material.. trying to exchange them for a box that was clearly opened / damaged. Manager had no cop on or people skills and I left very unhappy at lack of understanding. Won’t be going back.
