Worth the price
At first I thought I'd go out to the store and check for the shoes because they were on sale. But then they told me to order them online coz they didn't have that model in store. They also didn't charge any extra delivery fee which is amazing. Also the shoes were of the perfect size and it's worth the money

The clothes I ordered are good
The clothes I ordered are good. The problem was when I received the parcel at the store. The person in charge of this department is not qualified to perform this task. He took my order number and I had to wait an hour after asking the store staff. After a long wait, he came back and said that my parcel was missing and that he would refund my money. I went to the cash register and the saleswoman said that she cannot refund money for online purchases and went to look for the parcel herself and found it.

The reception desk girl told that I will get a €16 cash back in a weeks time..
I waited nearly about 2 weeks and then visited back to as I didn’t get cash back.. then the other staff says that I’m not eligible..
All staffs should be trained in the same way so it should be a clear communication..
I was very upset
