I have collected a lot of lightsabers through the years. I have all but one of the master replicas and a few of the Hasbro.

I never really dabbled in buying custom as the price I thought was always too expensive. Now that your average Hasbro lightsaber is £250+ I thought I would give a custom lightsaber a try because the difference wasn’t all that far apart.

I am so glad I did, I looked a lot of sites, mostly American but I wanted to stick to British. Settled on Jedi Master Sabers and they did not disappoint.

I now have three, Starkiller, Padawan Obi Wan and now Luke’s that was delivered today. All three are absolutely ace. Sound and blades are as good as it gets with many many choices.

I am so glad I decided to try custom, I will never buy Hasbro again.

I wanted to say on top of all that, the customer service is excellent. Sophie is always on hand if you need anything and she keeps her promises. Thank you so much Sophie.

Delivery is misleading I'm still waiting on a very expensive light saver no updates on tracking don't ever no where it is and no communication

I did alot of research before buying from this company and I have to say I was very impressed not only with the product, price and fast delivery but also good communication and comprehensive paperwork which i needed as I was sending to the EU.Obviously customs took its time and charged but I still received within 2 weeks.

I honestly wanted to give this company the benefit of doubt, but after 5 MONTHS of not receiving my delivery, and Jedi Master Sabres happily taking £430 of my money for a product that has never been delivered, I need to warn other customers away from using them.

I placed an order on the 26TH JUNE 2022 for both the Luke V2 and Darth Maul lightsabers for my sons birthday, with the promise of deliver within 2 working days.

Between June and July I received what I considered to be fraudulent UPS tracking details, and the promise of delivery, only for the lightsaber never to arrive. Finally the Luke saber arrived in August after lots of chasing.

I was advised by the company the delay was due to them being closed down due to “personal circumstances’ which from negative Trustpilot reviews, has been used as a reason on a number of occasions across the year. It seems highly suspicious to me that this has been the cause of delay on 3-4 occasions across the year!

All emails since August chasing up the delivery of the Dart maul lightsaber have gone unanswered. On this basis, I can only assume that this company is out to defraud people of their money, with no intention of ever delivering.

I would be highly sceptical of positive reviews of this company based on my very negative experiences.

I intend to post this message on Trustpilot regularly to help protect other consumers until I receive a full refund, or delivery of the missing lightsaber.

Bought a Neopixel lightsabre & it’s absolutely amazing. Could not speak highly enough. Sounds great & looks great. So many choices of colours. I am 1 very very happy customer.

It was really fast and efficient service. The lightsaber is amazing.

Love the lightsaber, would have been 5 stars but I was supplied with a generic manual that is not the correct one for my specific variation of lightsaber meaning I had to figure out the controls myself.

Jedi master sabers are the best lightsaber shop in the UK without a doubt. ES sabers took over 3 months to ship my order when it was supposed to arrive in 2-3 weeks. I later found out Jedi master sabers sell the exact same lightsabers so i cancelled my es sabers order and came here in stead.

Cheaper and arrived in 2 days!

Delighted with my lightsaber and my sons.

I bought a lightsaber for myself last month in view to checking quality before purchasing one for my son's birthday.

The quality of the metal hilt is excellent and the user-ability, features and effects are better than my old official lightsaber by a country mile.

I handed my son his first lightsaber last week and he hasn't put it down ( nor have i )

I have to say, their customer service was excellent and there owner, who i believe is called "Michael" is a top bloke. The lightsaber order for my son was lost in transit and without hesitation, he shipped out another to make sure it was here for my sons birthday.

I come from a star wars mad family and have already recommended them to jedi master sabers.

The lightsaber is incredible.

I cant believe the level of quality that has gone into the lightsaber. It truly feels like the Luke skywalker from the films.

I purchased an official luke replica last year so i know how it should look and the one from jedi master sabers is absolutely identical. Far superior to the official lightsabers of course.

Delivery was excellent. Order received the very next day after ordering which is impressive.

Overall extremely impressed.

Took a week to arrive but I was kept up to date with what seemed to be an issue with the delivery service and customer service was prompt, polite and professional throughout. It was worth the wait, the saber is fantastic.

By far the best lightsaber shop in the UK.

After being recommended Jedi master sabers by a friend, i decided to check them out. When looking through their website i was pleased to see that they actually ship all their orders from here within the UK as well as shipping to the USA without import taxes which is a massive plus as i have family there..

My order arrive the very next day, and boy, what a breath of fresh air they are!!! ( others i've dealt with have taken 1-2 months to ship!!!!!!! )

The lightsaber arrived well packaged with their own branded shipping box and branded product box ( Which is excellent by the way as its perfect to give with the lightsaber inside as a gift.

The lightsaber itself is, by far, superior to others on the market. All the lightsabers iv'e purchased from other sellers came with rubbish speakers, 2-3 soundfonts and most importantly, no authentic start up ignition blade effects.... You then go to Jedi Master Sabers and you get over 37 soundfonts, superior sound quality, blade start up ignition and many other blade lighting effects.

I've had so many issues with other sellers who supposedly were "respectable" lightsaber shops here in the UK and USA. Most, if not all of them drop shipped their lightsabers from China, and often sell poor quality lightsabers with inferior electronics. However, the worst thing is that i had to pay pay import taxes as they drop-ship.

Also, the packaging was ugly, cheap and plastered with custom stickers and came in cheap black product boxes with spelling errors, not what you want when the lightsaber was a gift.

Lastly. The customer service that jedi master saber provide is perfect. Responds to queries within 1-2 hours and always check how i'm doing with my lightsabers.

Other sellers either don't respond at all or give useless, generic answers.

I highly recommend Jedi master Sabers.

Happy to see the shop is back open now after closing for a few weeks due to personal circumstances ( I'm sorry for your loss )

Sophie was helpful at customer service and i feels i was kept up to date and informed during their shop closure.

I feel that some ( not all ) of the handful of recent 1 star ratings are extremely unfair as it appears most missed jedi master sabers shop closure notice for that period of time...

I will be back for more later in the year.

Really in love with my new Darth Maul.

I stayed away from posting a review since my purchase earlier in the year as i wanted enough time to test everything and see it if lived up to the claimed "Heavy combat" usage.

The decision to buy a "Combat lightsaber" was rather arbitrary, but i really wanted an authentic design ( which this is ).

After 4 months of use, i can say with certainty that the lightsaber does indeed withstand heavy use as i have often used it at my local lightsaber club.

The overall design is almost perfect in terms of likeness to the original, and i'm satisfied.

In relation to the customer service, shipping and after service. I can also say with certainty that they are amongst the best i've dealt with.

Not only have they answered all my queries, but have kept in touch over the last 4 months to make sure i'm happy with everything.

Shipping experience was excellent as the order with dispatched the same day and arrived the next morning.

After having issues with scammers, and extremally poor quality products from other lightsaber shops here in the UK, it was a nice change to actually have a good one. Especially as they accept Paypal with buyer protection!

I would highly recommend them for your lightsaber desires.

First of all. This is the best purchase i have ever made.

I have been saving up for their Kenobi, Weathered for 3 months now and finally got enough together to get their Neopixel version.

I ordered my lightsaber around 2pm Yesterday and was shipped out 4 hours later and arrived this morning!!!

Literally haven't been able to put it down ever since.

The Blade lighting effects and start up ignition are so true to the star wars films it's unreal.

The soundfonts provided are even better with all the characters added, plus more.

I love the fact the neopixel comes with onboard SD card functionality as you can upload even more soundfonts yourself.

I went with the dragon ball Z super Sayan theme haha. You can get them free online so i highly recommend them.

Customer service was excellent as i had emailed them on many occasions over the last three months ( They were incredibly patient with me.

The lightsaber also arrived in their own custom packaging which was very well protected and packed ( A plus for when i order some for xmas presents )

Very happy with my purchase and highly recommended if you want a proper lightsaber and not them cheap ones from china

Arrived within 4 days to the USA from the UK. Had no customs to pay which is great. Also received 15% off.

Lightsaber is of high quality and amongst the best i own ( I own lightsabers from vaders vault, Es-Sabers ) but found these a lot cheaper and better quality

-Lightsabers are much better quality than others i have bought from other sellers.
-Came well packed with custom packaging ( other sellers provided cheap, non usable product boxes which look awe full when giving as a gift.

My only downer was that my discount didn't work, but they did refund me straight away.

Received my lightsaber a few weeks ago and haven't put it down since. I remember buying one of those cheap plastic lightsabers as a kid and wanted the closest thing to a real one ever since.

The tech behind the "Neopixel" lightsabers is amazing.

The fact it comes with an aboard SD card filled with sound fonts and blade effects is awesome, but even better is that fact you can download more and upload them yourself!

Definitely recommended
