I've had my lightsaber from 2 weeks now and really love it.

I purchased ahead of time as i know they are very popular amongst the Lightsaber community here in the UK, but still received my order well within the time promised.

I like the fact that they are actually from the UK unlike most other lightsaber shops i've purchased from who ship from China and incur a huge import tax bill....

Overall the build is fantastic, and they are the only ones to offer their own Xenopixel V4 board which is by far better than anything else available. The bluetooth is actually high grade for instance.

My lightsaber didn't respond to charge, I have sent multiple emails to them asking to resolve this problem under guarantee but no luck with them so far. It is such expensive saber and no use if it doesn't work, and I have no way other than emails and no responses. Terrible customer service.

I have ordered a lightsaber on 7th of Aug and I have received a "confirmation" of shipping on the 24th of Aug. It has been over 2 months and I have yet to receive any info for my order. I have sent numerous emails to both hello@ and jeditech@ with no reply regarding my order.

I ordered the Luke Skywalker sabre for my husbands birthday, and he was delighted with it when it arrived, it looks and feels absolutely stunning. It’s really true to the original in the films, it did take a little longer to get here, but their customer service was excellent and Sophie was on the case and kept me informed. it was packaged very well and came with all the necessary tools and some extras. I’m a bit worried my hubby likes it too much and is talking about ordering another one already. would highly recommend.

I placed my order on September 24. When I received the payment confirmation email, it said that delivery could take between 2 and 3 weeks. It's now 2 November and I still haven't received the Saber I ordered. I've sent so many emails that I've lost count. They replied to the first two and said that the shop was closed that week and that's why they hadn't sent it yet, but that they should have an update in the next few days. That was on October 9.
I still don't know where my parcel is. They haven't even sent a track to find out.
I'm very disappointed, after all the positive comments I've seen I thought they'd be more efficient and attentive.
It was a present for my boyfriend, who is still waiting for it today.
If they won't send my parcel, at least give me my money back, because this is disrespectful.
I hope that at least this way they'll pay attention to me and solve my problem, one way or another.

Finally had the nerve to spend £500+ on a lightsaber.
Would i do it again? Absolutely.

The lightsaber is stunning and way better than others in the USA who are, in reality, shipping from china. Just knowing these guys are from and based in the UK and they ship direct from their shop was the biggest seller. Been scammed to many time from china resellers... Plus i didn't have to pay import fees here in the US!

Blade is very bright as it's neopixel. Love the mobile app function which you can connect the lightsaber to via it's bluetooth. A big plus for me

Are they worth it? No question.

I visited my family in the UK and heard good things about their sabers.

Ordered one when i got home to Norway and it arrived in 5 days. Very fast delivery and quicker than i thought.

No complaints at all as the saber is beautiful and looks exactly like Obi-wan from the TV series.

Like a handful of recent reviews on here. I originally gave 1 star as i hasn't received an email response for 5 days about my order. However, upon checking, they did have a notice on their website which i missed at first stating they were away for 2 weeks. When checking my order notice, it did mention this very clearly too. Completely my fault and i should have seen this. Apologies for my rudeness...

When they re-opened i received my order within 2 days which is great.

The Lightsaber i purchased was the Darth maul which is fantastic.

Again. Im really sorry for being a blind idiot!!!

Ordered 8/10 confirmation received but no other communication since other than a review request.

Contacted them on 24/10 and again 26/10 asking what was going on with order but no reply.

They give the impression that they are a UK shop when in fact it is registered to a housing estate, I suspect that they are just acting as a postal point for a Chinese seller.

Update 01/11

After posting the review they contacted me and explained that they had to unexpectedly close the business for two weeks and that they had my Sabre ready to ship. However they took great umbrage at my housing estate reference and they stated that they would not send it until I had updated the review. I replied that I believed it was reasonable and would not do so until I received my item which was sent and now received.

To be absolutely clear they do claim to be a UK shop and the website firmly gave me that impression but the business address is a house in a housing estate and it is registered there through companies house (google Street View).

I must say I do like the Sabre, however even with the exuberating circumstances overall it’s been a negative experience and I would not recommend purchasing from them.

Arrived quicker than planned. Came with a lovely custom lightsaber box.

The New Xenopixel V4 is crazily good. A lot better than my Proffie lightsaber i purchased 4 years ago.

This is the second time I've purchased light sabers from Jedimastersabers, the first time was a breeze, great communication and a great product, this time around although the items are again of a very high quality and I'm happy with the purchase the communication and response to multiple emails was shocking and I was really disappointed with the customer service.

Ordered a lightsaber for my autistic son's birthday. It said it would take 2 weeks to be built and to be delivered. Off to 10 days. I emailed to find out the status as I haven't heard anything. I didn't receive any communication from the company. £350 spent and they couldn't even be bothered to respond.

My little boy is now devastated. Try explaining to an autistic child that the item they thought they were going for their birthday never arrived because of selfish inconsiderate retailers. I'm sure they won't care one little bit, but I hope a little bit of them inside realizes what they have done to this poor little boy.

Waited for a few months to leave my review for the Luke Skywalker Xenopixel.

I've been using it most days to practice combat moves and it's certainly been hammered and dropped a lot.

Safe to say that the lightsaber itself is very, very well made as it's suffered no cracks, chips or broken electronics even with the abuse. I suppose you'd expect this from an all metal lightsaber.

The blade is crazily strong even though its Neopixel, which surprises me as id expect it to be less durable due to the internal LED light strip. I even bough an extra blade just in case, but doubt i will actually need it.

I will likely purchase another Luke lightsaber as i'd like one for display purposes too. I like that they offer empty hilt versions for this purpose as they costs a lot less. So thanks for that.

My order was a few days late, which isn't really a negative. They kept me up to date along the way and i suppose you'd expect some form of delay considering how popular their lightsabers are.

Anyway, they have me a free blade plug and display stand, so no complaints here!

I usually don't write reviews as i can be bothered ( haha ) but i've wanted an original looking Luke skywalker for nearly 20 years as just didn't want one of those cheap plastic ones or ones made from china which are everywhere these days.... As you can tell, i'm one happy Jedi

Terrible service, never received the item and couldn't get a reply as to the status of the item, in the end I had to get a refund through my bank wouldn't recomend.

No reply to e-mail from customer regarding delivery time. The stated delivery time not realistic.
Delivery time was in fact 30 days. If there had been a reply to the e-mail, it would have been a much better experience for me as a customer even with a longer delivery time. No answer is bad customer service.

Purchased a lightsaber off another lightsaber company.

After 4 weeks, it died, so i returned it.

I wanted another lightsaber but decided to go elsewhere and after searching for lightsabers on google, this company came up first, so i gave them a try.

Lightsaber is great, works perfectly, packaging is amazing and i love the custom art work. Have used it for 4 months now without issue, and if i need any advice they respond very quickly. I would highly, highly, highly recommend them,

Been mulling over buying a lightsaber for my husband for around 3 months now.

After asking around and seeing the reviews on here, i decided to give them a go and hope everything arrived as shown on the website.

My lightsaber was delivered last week whilst i was out, and upon return i wanted to open it up to check everything was as it should before handing it over to my husband.

Everything works as expected and a big bonus is that it arrived in a very fancy lightsaber gift box which is much appreciated.

I know my Uncle has purchased a few lightsabers from here and he's always going on how good they are and my husband received his 3 days ago stated it's the best birthday present he's ever gotten.

Wife points for me :)

Anyway. Very happy with my purchase and with the customer service.

Only recently purchased my lightsaber. Everything arrived as stated, and earlier than expected.

Craftmanship of my lightsaber build is probably the best I've seen and the Neopixel features are well worth the extra price.

Only issue i faced was my email not being answered for 4 days, but this was not their fault as the website stated i needed to email them on a different email address due to issues with the old one. My fault as i should have seen this, so apologies for that.

I will surely be back for another one later in the year.
