Ordered a case for my son on Jan 28th. I still have not recieved the phone case. I have emailed customer support multiple times. I recieved 2 different responses stating that there shipping company lost track of the item, but another is on the way. I still have not recieved tracking information.
Avoid at all costs
Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a retailer in my life. I am truly not one to leave bad reviews, I'm a small business owner and deeply understand how damaging poor reviews can be but this company truly deserves it. Their customer service is non existent, like not that it's bad, but it doesn't exist. You an't get in touch with anyone. My phone case arrive a month late, damaged and only one came. They just stole my money for the other one and won't respond to emails. They are charging for cheap cheese drop shipped cases that look nothing like the photos. DO NOT spend your money here.
They didn’t send my order
I ordered a case from them, paid for faster shipping. Received confirmation that it went through. Supposed to be tracked, but I didn't even get any further updates or info saying it has shipped, despite them saying that they would send further information via email.
Emailed their support and have not received any answer. I’m super frustrated and feel like I got scammed.
Do not recommend giving them your business.

Ordered never shipped and no response from company
Ordered a case on 2/3/25 and it hasn’t shipped yet as of 3/4 a month later. I emailed support on 2/21 and still haven’t received any response. Seems like my money was just stolen.
Update 3/29/25: Despite the positive response to this review I still have no tracking number or shipment confirmation and no response when I email support. Still no case after 2 months.

Such a scam
I posted a review over a year ago now, because I didn’t receive my order for months. They replied and said they would fix it and send me my package. Nothing lol. No emails in scam or anything they just straight up didn’t respond to my multiple enquires after that. Such a scam please don’t order from here.

Ordered a case for my daughter for her…
Ordered a case for my daughter for her birthday. Was unaware this place is in China or that region. Ordered on February 2nd and paid for the faster shipping. It’s February 28th and it hasn’t even shipped yet. Tried to contact them multiple times and all you get is a generic response that gives you a ticket number and says they will contact you. I ended up finding the same case from SDTEK in the UK and guess what, it’s arriving tomorrow. This place has to be a scam. Will be contacting my bank to see if I can get a refund.

I think this is a scam company. I cannot get a hold of them. I’ve tried to cancel my order that was placed almost a month ago but no luck. I’ve yet to receive the product nor a refund.

Poor customer service & shipping times
Less than a day after I ordered the case, I emailed customer service to cancel the order because I didn’t end up upgrading my phone. 21 days later, I’ve yet to receive a response to that email or any of my follow-up emails.
I paid more to have the item shipped earlier (<10 days) and received the case 18 days after I ordered it.

Where is my package?
I placed an order on December 30th and emailed the company when I hadn’t heard back on January 14th. I still haven’t received a response which is irritating because I have no idea where my package is. At this point, I’d like a refund to buy from a realiable company.
Terrible product, stole my money
I bought three cases. Received only two. I have emailed multiple times and they will not even respond to me or refund my money for the third case. Plus, the cases I did receive were poor quality and didn’t fit well. Do not buy from this company!

Product was damaged during shipping and Customer Care not responding. Very bad.
Further update: Jellycase is yet to honour their T&C’s on their website offering a full refund and responded with the following options, all of which are unacceptable:
“ Here are some options that you can choose from:
Option 1. You can keep the case and we’ll refund you an additional 20% off the total price.
Option 2. You can keep the case and we’ll also send a replacement item.
Additionally, as a gesture of goodwill, we would like to offer you 50% off your next purchase with us.”
Waiting for Jellyfish to honour its terms and provide a solution.

My daughter adores her new Jelly Case…
My daughter adores her new Jelly Case for her iPhone. The colour is exactly what she wanted and the feel of the case is fabulous whilst providing ample protection for the phone. We are so glad we found these cases and look forward to buying some more soon.
Delayed shipment and wrong item received
First my shipment was somehow forgotten. I had to follow up after three to four weeks to note I had not received it. At that point it was sent. When the item arrived, it was completely the wrong model. I ordered a green and clear phone case with a camera cover. I received a black phone case with no camera cover. I emailed for resolution but have not yet heard back.
