Still have not received my case. Only received the screen protector :(

Case was delivered 2 days earlier than promised. Case is as cute as pictured. Ordering was easy. Very happy.

I’ve never had a worse experience with an online purchase. I specifically purchased an iphone case because it was labeled as a case for the iPhone 11. The case doesn’t fit at all. The holes also don’t align with newer versions of the iPhone. I received the case about a month after placing the order.

I was sent a completely different item than was pictured. It was a cheap clear case that looked nothing like was in the photo. I tried mail emailing about it and never received a response.

I've sent several emails but NO RESPONSE....I placed my order over 3 months ago. I don't recommend buying from this place. Horrible!!

I never received my order. It was never shipped. I emailed the company multiple times and never got a response. Do not recommend ordering from them.

Case quality lower than expected and the shipping was not quick. I likely won’t purchase again.

Update- In response to their response below - SEVERAL emails have already been sent by me to them and they were all ignored. Until I receive my refund or products, I will continue to post these reviews to alert others. Please Read!! This company is a fraudulent company. My experience is the same as all the others in which I never received my products. The company will try and blame the delivery company, but it’s a scam. If you do decide to risk purchasing from them and don’t receive your product, please make sure to file the fraudulent claim with your bank within a certain amount of time or else you will be out the money. These people should be ashamed of themselves. Yes, I’m talking to you, Mark.

3 stars instead of 2 only because the lens protectors are super cool & exactly like the images online. The screen protectors are very thin & a waste of money. I will be repurchasing elsewhere as these are pretty much a joke.

The case arrived extra late and then had a scratch on it. I emailed several times trying to start a return and they don't answer. Buyer BEWARE - if you buy, you WILL NOT be able to return even if DAMAGED!

Ordered a screen protector, received the wrong one, emailed you guys but nothing happened. Waste of money!

Avoid this site – possible scam!
I placed an order for a case on October 16, 2024, and nearly two months later, the tracking status still says, ‘We’re preparing your order for dispatch.’ I reached out to customer service on November 21, but I haven’t received any response. This experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I strongly advise against purchasing from this site!

Case Never Arrived; Ghosted By Customer Service.

I order an iphone case on 10/08 (order #112209). Emailed customer service twice (tix #62768) on 11/12 & 11/19 and never heard a response other than the auto-reply email.

Can't cancel the PayPal payment until 4/6/25.

DO NOT BUY!!!

Phone case broke within the first couple of uses.

Outstanding product! I love these because they last longer than hard cases and do not crack like hard cases do.

I got scammed. The package never arrived and they are very annoying when you email them. They don't help and it sounds like you are chatting with ai. DO NOT buy from here! I wish I could give 0 stars.

I have ordered 2 phone cases from Jelly Cases and they have not arrived. I have sent multiple emails to their support email and no response or help provided. Please refund my items as the order was made in May 2024 and no items received after 5 months !! Order number #110798.
