Poor customer service

I initially bought this late last year as I travel solo quite a lot. The original bag got ‘lost’ so a replacement was sent out which took about 2 months.
The bag itself is great and does what they claim. Unfortunately the main zip broke the last time I used it. When I bought it I took out the insurance to make sure I could get a replacement if anything went wrong. I contacted the company on 02/11/25 and since then I have been fobbed off by email time and time again with no sign of my replacement bag being sent.
I could not recommend this company at all despite the bag actually being ok.

Terrible

Terrible, terrible, terrible! Buyer beware! This bag was purchased for a trip I was taking in August, nothing fit in it as it was described. I have been trying to return it since! I never used it, it’s still in its box and I cannot get the company to send me return instructions. I have reached out 7 times with no response. DO NOT PURCHASE!

JenniBag shipping

In contacting JenniBag with issues, they were very prompt to respond. Until today. I bought the duffel last summer with wheels. Though I like it, there is no way I can pack a trip for 14 days UNLESS I'm going to a warm climate where I wear swimsuits and shorts. I recently ordered the cross-body purse. 26 days to arrive - not unlike the bag last summer. Their shipping time is horrible. Temu and Shein are far faster and also coming from Asia. I have no problem with the quality although the purse has a foul order that I have asked for help with.

Jennibag is great

I purchased two Jennibag 2,0. One with the trolley and one without. Upon receiving I regretted not getting the 2nd trolley. So I called customer service and was able to order the trolley separately. Their service was great and delivery was quick. My daughter and I used our bags on a two week cruise I was able to pack my evening gowns with confidence they would arrive wrinkle free. I also purchased the packing cubes, tote bag and cosmetic bag so happy with my purchase can't wait to use them for my next trip.

Need to return bag to pay for medical costs

I ordered the bag and when it arrived it looked like it would be a solve for my travelling needs. A week later I was advised by my Rheumatologist that I need to get certain tests and a procedure done and that it would have to be done in Washington state and I have to pay ($10,300 to be exact). I emailed Jennibag's customer service on November 28th requesting return address information. I emailed again on December 3rd and then today. December 6th they emailed me back and advised it was not their policy to accept returns. Today it has been it is 7 business days and no follow up. Given the nature of my request, I asked them to please reconsider given the nature of my request. Still waiting.... crickets.

WORTHLESS!!

The advertising for this bag is a crock of poo. The only way you can fit 14 days worth of clothes in here would be if you were going to the beach and all you needed was swimsuits and coverups. Certainly not suitable for 6 days in New York City in the winter. Couldn’t even fit THREE days worth!!! Total waste of my money!

If you don’t like your bag and you want…

If you don’t like your bag and you want to return it, it’s almost impossible to get anyone to get back to you and give you information or a QR code to return the bag. I had to reach out to my credit card company and and say that it was a fraudulent charge so I could get my money back

Its not as quick packing as shown in ads

I liked the idea of the bag,very smart until you actually use it. Some of the videos show using hangers, this is impossible, so then you try packing w/o hangers,its doable but you can't put any thick clothing inside because it bulks up the center part and when you try to fold the bag its impossible. The shoes don't fit either. And it took two of us 1 hour to attempt multiple options!plus the zipper spread open in the center when we actually were able to zip it shut.Maybe I can contact a dry cleaner in my area to repair the zipper? The thought is a great one until you use it.

Small Bag

I finally received my bag, it was late but it is much smaller than it looks online. Pay close attention to the video, when they zip it up they empty it out. I couldn’t fit 5days worth of clothes plus shoes let alone 14days. Material is nice & heavy duty but the zippers easily snag & are at risk of breaking. Great concept but definitely needs to be fixed.

This is a terrible product

This is a terrible product. Zippers are cheap and broke right away. Can not pack as they claim you can. And if you want to talk to someone you have to pay and give cc. Did not do that.

Phenomenal overhead travel bag!!!

I saw this bag on Instagram and was very intrigued by the size and amount of clothing you could pack for a trip. The bag is phenomenal and the extra storage boxes you can get were also great. It made packing so easy. I would highly recommend this bag to travelers, and having the rolling wheels made it even better on a recent trip. I had three people ask me where I got the bag, they all made comments about it, and they loved it. In the beginning there was a little shipping issue, but the customer service at Jenni bag was phenomenal. They responded quickly professionally and I couldn’t be happier with this company. If you’re looking for a great travel bag this is the one to get. And yes, it fits perfectly in the overhead, so no need to check a bag.

Just Say No

Took so long to get the bag that I no longer needed it. Then they keep saying they'll try to get a return for me, but then nothing. So I'm stuck with a bag I don't want. It's a scam, buy any other bag.

They wont let you return your unused items

I'm trying to return unused items, because they don't fit as much as they said they did. But they won't give me an address to return my order for a full refund. They made me send a video, then they said I had to wait 3-5 business days for quality control to get with me to return my item's, 8 days later and many emails to their customer service, I can't get any help to return my items.
