Terrible Experience in Every Way
This is rare. But, if I could give them a 0 I would. What we have discovered after ordering $254 worth of clothes and shoes:
False Advertising - photos are photoshopped/brushed to appear different than they are in actuality.
Gimmicks - shipped from China and it said arrive by June 13 when I ordered on June 4. Half of the order arrived June 30 -- other half MIA.
No clear communication - when you ask about tracking they play for sympathy and against Trump but they fail to deliver as promised, fail to update you on timelines, fail to make it right on the bottom line.
Deceptive trade -- if you need to return or exchange their website says EASY RETURNS. No. The return is at the buyers expense to mail it back to CHINA w a 15% restocking fee. THIS business needs to be shut down. Terrible. Terrible.
I will go back to my old favorites.

Ridiculous return policy
The pantsuit looked good on the website, but was very thin fabric and too small once it finally arrived. I ordered it 3 weeks before my event, and they said it would be there in time, but it did not arrive until a week after the event. Basically their customer service sends you a return form and then tells you that you have to pay a 15% re-stocking fee, AND pay to ship it back to China, as well as customs. I checked, and it would have cost more to ship it back than I paid for it. They offered a 10% refund, which I took, just to get something back, and I will donate the outfit to a local charity. DO NOT order from this company. I have learned my lesson, read the fine print. They do state all of the return policy on their site, but you have to dig for it, and it's misrepresented in the catalog.
Very Frustrating experience. I'll stick with Amazon.

I picked up a dress for an upcoming family gathering and ended up wearing it sooner because I liked it so much. The fabric feels light enough for warmer days but still has enough structure to look polished. I got a few compliments the first time I wore it. That's usually a good sign.

Two thing stood out for me
Two thing stood out for me. The first is that they offered me a substantial discount (50-100%) for a positive review before I got the order. This activity is highly illegal. The second is the very poor quality of the item i received. It was of the quality offered at the dollar store. They have carefully engineered their return policy so that it is next to impossible to actually return a product for credit. One has to sent the item to China, pay all shipping, tariffs, import dues and taxes etc. The refund is processed with a 15% restock fee only after the item is received and inspected. I didn't return the item I donated it to a local thrift store.
I will never order from them again and I can only urge more people to stay clear of this compay. It is a scam.
