I recently ordered 3 pairs of sandals. They fit well and look great with different outfits. I had a concern and contacted customer service. They answered within 24 hours and answered all of my questions. I will be ordering more shoes in the future.
On another note, I wish this company offered half sizes and wide widths.

This website is fraudulent
This website is fraudulent. You think you’re getting a name brand item but they trick you with a similar name. Quality is not good. My shoes look like they would last a couple of weeks. Their merchandise comes from China so of course bad quality. It’s very sad that an American company would be so dishonest. To send something back costs more than the cost of my shoes which by the way came to me in a bag. No box was included.

Poor quality, excruciating and costly return process
Poor quality; you can get better clothes at Target. Sizing runs very small. Return process is excruciating. Returns are indeed possible, but as noted by others to CHINA. Shame on me for not reading the fine print on the website about returns - I will incur 15% restocking fee and the cost of shipping to China ($70). I had ordered $250 worth of items, so better to get something back than nothing. All that said, I have followed every step requested by them for the return... tell them why I want to return items, wait for their approval to then return the items, send pictures of: items being returned, package of the prepared return showing shipping address, copy of the completed return form and copy of tracking info (USPS receipt). I sent all of this and continue to receive follow up emails asking for information already provided.
UPDATE: I just checked BBB website... company is NOT accredited. The Delaware address is the registered agent, meaning it can receive email, but it is not the physical address of the company. This all makes sense now. It explains why I am receiving the dozens of follow up emails from the company at 3am or 4am EST; they are on China time.

QUALITY AND FIT ARE UNACCEPTABLE AND COMPANY MISREPRESENTS BOTH!
The quality and fit of the clothing I ordered was poor, and the two dresses did not fit, sizing was way off: one was three sizes too large, and the other was two sizes too small.
Communications with the company are not productive. Returns are expensive to China, and the company suggests that they not be returned but given away.
Finally, the company wrote to me that if I give them a positive review they will give me a 100% refund!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Horrible customer service, horrible product, very low quality, and the sizing is completely wrong — everything runs too small. The return is also not free as they claim; you have to ship it back to China at your own expense. Avoid buying from them to prevent being scammed.

6 weeks to get a dress that I paid $75 for and it was so cheap looking. Would not have paid $10 for it. Refund only if you paid to send it back to china. Offered 10% refund. Scammed, should have red the reviews.

Boy, do I wish that I had seen the reviews prior to ordering from this company. I highly advise not ordering from them, as what other reviewers say is right on the money. The quality is NOT there, and the "return" process is ridiculous, if not impossible . They off you 10% back (of your original cost), if you chose to keep the item, or you can return to China! I have no words to express my frustration and disbelief .
