Dealing with Jeremy Ellsworth & Robin and his team have been absolutely amazing for the last 2 months. They have did everything they said and more! Recently, we made a change to our Qr Code and they offered to go back on all my art designs and interchange them with the new one! I know this was a slight burden for them to deal with but I received no push back and it warnted a 5 STAR REVIEW! IMMEDIATELY!!! I have 5 other companies in the area and they will be doing all of my art designs for all of them moving forward!!! Are they trust worthy ? 100% do they go up and beyond ? 100% would I personally recommend them to a friend ? I already have!

I’m glad this is finally over, but this guy did not deserve 50% for an image that I can not use. Every time I opened an mail I hated what I saw, so I kept putting it off. I told him that the images simply did not look like me. I finally asked for a refund because it was obvious that I was not going to get an image that looked like me. Then he still continued to send me samples. They got worse and worse. In fact they just felt disrespectful. Not only did he keep sending samples, he even colored one & made mock ups out of it! Now if he thought I chose a bad image or he felt that he couldn’t do it then we could’ve discussed starting from scratch, but he didn’t. I literally had to pay this man $200 to fail. I am past upset.

Jeremy was very responsive and listened to my ideas then turned them into the perfect quality logo I needed!
