I bought few times Stekepanne and Sautepanne from brand WOOL , and after 2 years use their internal bottom surfaces became full with bubles(damages) !
In the product's description is written:
" 3 års garanti tid på belegget, så er det 25års garanti på "resten av pannen"! "
(and that means 3 years IN USE, not 3 years in the skap),
but JERNIA does not accept and respect any Garanties, even after 2 years use !
In my bad expirience with them I met:
ARROGANT AND DECEITFUL KUNDESERVICE ( EILEN ) !
PEOPLE, DON'T RELY ON JERNIA'S KUNDESERVICE !
STAY AWAY OF THIS INCORRECT FIRMA !

My favorite shop for all kinds of tools. Brand item, good quality, every purchase has a follow up email for feedback. I bought a compost shredder with some questions, the customer service staff are so quick, and helping me with my question with the item producer. I really recommand Jernia for shopping small tools in Norway for daily use.

Had 2 purchases one of them good the other one terrible so it is a gamble to shop online from here I'd say.

I waited 6 weeks for the order. Nobody informed me about the status of the order. Customer service is a joke. Additionally, the payment for the order was collected twice. I will never buy anything from this store again and I will tell all my friends about it...

The staff at Jernia Colosseum in Oslo were very helpful. I bought a termokanne here last Christmas, and now it began to have some issues. Even though I've had it for some months, they got in touch with the manufacturer, who replaced it promptly. Moreover, they made sure I got the same lovely color -- although this color is no longer sold officially. So, they spent some extra time taking care of the customer.

I was kept updated on the progress, and Amalie sent a personal message when the replacement was ready for pick-up. Thanks much! Wouldn't hesitate to buy here again.
