Our potatoes are carefully hand picked and gently handled to protect their delicate skins, before being washed and packed using a unique system designed to preserve freshness and taste. Disappointing Customer Service
Having been a loyal customer of Richardson’s, I have been disappointed with my most recent order. Specifically, at the time of writing this review, my order, placed four days ago, has still not been delivered. I have emailed Richardson’s requesting the Evri tracking reference and am still awaiting a response which is particularly frustrating as I have, based on the quality of the potatoes previously delivered, recommended Richardson’s to friends and family. I appreciate there can occasionally be issues with deliveries but the lack of transparency and support is disappointing.

Rest assured we understand the frustration. As/when we receive notification via our system that a delivery has not been successful, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you, without a need for you to further facilitate on your end. If you still have not received your order, note that we shall log this and send out a replacement as soon as possible. I’ve been using Richardsons for the last few years, they maybe more expensive than the supermarket Jersey Royals but the price is worth it. Best potatoes ever
Very fast and prompt service, we have been struggling to get jersey royals on the mainland and if you do they are in plastic packaging which we feel takes away the taste, but these were beautiful, tasted how we expect jersey royals to taste, ordered them to come for our Sunday lunch, best Sunday lunch for ages all due to the potatoes, will definitely be ordering again, and will probably have a subscription next year.

Great service potatoes are best for couple of years for flavour.
Slight let down is couriers, never rung doorbell , just eventual notice on line, which is a pain living in block of flats. Was better with post office.

I’m so glad I ordered my Jersey Potatoes directly from you on the island! These are the freshest most delicious potatoes I’ve ever had. The difference getting them so much quicker from the field means I have bought my last supermarket Jersey. I'm guessing that you haven't replied to my email is because the email address that you provided is exactly the same as the address listed in the contact us section of your website, which doesn't seem to be working. Jerseys should have been delivered today but apparently the order is listed on the Evri app as "we're expecting it" as first listed on Tuesday5 May @15:23.
Still need a response to my 3 emails sent to you and still no update on the delivery of this weeks order.
