My order shipped quickly, however the tracking information was not properly tracking the shipment. I contacted customer service and received a response within 24 hours with the correct tracking information. I received my order as expected.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

The order seemed to take a long time to arrive. Indeed after a while I began to check tracking which didn't seem to be working. Eventually I emailed to say there seemed to be a problem, but as it happened the order then arrived. Customer service response was swift and helpful - rather quicker than the order to be honest. Product fine when it came. It would have helped to have up to date delivery information available

I needed to change my order and was impressed with response time and also the customer service support that was provided.

I made an order on December 3rd. Intially according to 'tracking' it was enroute but then the tracking company reported it delivered to another city! I contacted Jerseyd'Or and was almost immediately responded to and provided with a different tracking method. Unfortunately, this reported my package as unknown. I again contated Jersey d'Or and again received an immediate response to help me. Despite my frustration, I was treated with the utmost respect, patience and tolerance of my frustration. My package was located and delivered to me in time to be a much anticipated Christmas gift. The Customer Service was EXCELLENT.

Ordered Celtic top great quality, was a bit concerned price was too good to be true
With the discount for black Friday was great price.
Waited three weeks for it but it was here in time for Christmas.
Customer service replied quickly when i email about delivery. Would recommend and willbuy from this company again.

Not what it seems

Bought thinking it a mint retro shirt, it's a brand new cheap fake from China. Waste of money.

This company is misleading - it has a Canadian address, but the items ship from China. Paid for Express shipping, and package has been shown as "Waiting to pick up" for the last week. I've emailed the company but no response. I would be cautious in purchasing from them.

I am writing this review solely to warn other customers and help them avoid being misled. Based on my direct experience, the jerseys sold by Jersey d’or are counterfeit.

Here are the clear and objective reasons why:

1. Extremely poor-quality club badge
The club crest is badly made and looks nothing like an authentic jersey. Anyone familiar with genuine jerseys can immediately tell the difference in stitching, texture, and detail.

2. Missing internal product code (SKU)
Authentic jerseys always include an internal product code (SKU) on the inner tag or neck label. This jersey has no SKU at all, which alone is a major red flag.

3. Hang tag product number is printed, not a sticker
On genuine jerseys, the product number is printed on a separate sticker that is attached to the hang tag. On this jersey, the product number is directly printed on the tag, which is typical of fake products.

4. Very rough sponsor print
The sponsor logo feels thick, rough, and cheap to the touch. Authentic jerseys have smooth, refined, and high-quality printing.

5. Low-quality fabric and strong chemical smell
Compared to an authentic jersey, the fabric feels noticeably rough and uncomfortable, and had a faint chemical odor when unpacked. Jerseys of this quality are sold in some countries for under $7 USD, yet are being sold here at a much higher price.

Misleading business practices

In addition to the product itself, the company’s logistics are also concerning. Jersey d’or presents itself as a Canadian retailer, but shipping took over 20 days, strongly suggesting the product was shipped from another country to North America first, then handed to a local courier for final delivery. This creates a false impression of a local Canadian business.

I am not writing this out of anger. I genuinely want to protect other buyers, especially soccer fans who trust online stores and may not know how to identify fake jerseys. Selling jerseys of this quality at premium prices is misleading, and the poor fabric quality may even pose skin irritation risks for some buyers.

Please do your research before purchasing. I hope this review helps others avoid the same mistake.

The only thing that is missing is in the website they should mention that the jerseys are UA not Authentic, even if the quality is correct, you have to mention it.
But the support was really great they refund me with a 50% instead of sending it back which is cool.

Purchased kits for my kids, great price, all sizes in stock. There was an issue with Royal Mail but the customer service team sorted it quickly with great communication. Much appreciated!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!!
Order placed nearly 4 weeks ago still not received. Emailed them twice and no response

Brought a secret Santa Arsenal top. When I gave the secret Santa gift it was to big, so I brought a smaller one, and as they couldn’t refund or exchange, they refunded me back the cost for the second one, - delivery change. Very helpful indeed.

Item arrived custom printed on the back and looked amazing. Delivery was within the timeline provided. I also had an inquiry regarding my package and customer service was amazing.

Did not realise until too late that these are not genuine.
Ordered 9 days ago, tracking shows nothing. I wonder if I will ever receive it - or my money back

Delivery was longer than expected, but customer service was great and quick at responding.
Yet to try item on as Christmas present but looks good!
