Although the tracking website is delayed, the product was delivered reasonably fast. The size I chose was not right and contacted Customer Service. They were EXCELLENT! Quick and easy with a new replacement size on its way! 5 Stars on the Customer Service side!

I ordered the wrong size and jersey (total mistake on my end). The customer support I received was incredible. I was offered a hassle-free replacement instead of shipping the jersey back - they made it incredible easy.

Ordered with plenty of time for Christmas delivery! Parcel appears to still be at overseas location for 3 weeks, but says in transit ! Company poor response to enquiry. Hoping not a scam

Received my jersey with some defects, I wasn’t too happy with the quality. Romabelle was quick to remedy my issue and order a replacement for me. Romabelle is the reason I’ll order again.

Jersey was awful, but customer service was quick to respond and very helpful. Sent another jersey free of charge. Arrived 4 weeks later, slightly better condition, but a neck size which was big enough for an elephant to get through.

The jersey looks great and is really comfortable. The service I received was really helpful. I had issues organising the correct size and the team were quick to help me facilitate a change prior to sending. Very grateful!

A few problems that got sorted right away. Great and fast response. Will be ordering again.

Not fake goods

I ordered a football shirt as a gift for Christmas, it was the most reasonable price I could find for the size I required, only drawback was estimated arrival would be possibly just after 25th December, I went with it as I wasn't needing it for the day. To my amazement it arrived just over a week after ordering, thank you so much, I will definitely be shopping here again and have already started recommending

I needed to change a name I ordered on a shirt. I emailed hopefully. I had a response 24 hrs later, a Sunday, telling me my requested name change had been processed. The end. No chain of emails. No nonsense. Plus the shirts are amazing.
