Great service

Great service! I made a mistake on my order, emailed Jersey d’Or once I realised using their easily found contact details explaining my issue and was replied to within 30 minutes with the error corrected. Saved me a load of hassle especially coming up to Christmas! Brilliant and I will definitely be back! Thank you very much for the support! Very much appreciated

Great Service

I must commend customer service on their rapid response to my dilemma. The only problem I had is the lack of communication from the courier to show the package was in transit and probable delivery date. Not having that after 3 weeks I contacted customer service wondering where the package was. I was informed the package was delivered 2 days before and a photo sent of delivery. This allowed me to ask a neighbour to retrieve my package until I returned home. Items appear to be of good quality. Thank you Jersey d’Or.

Received the wrong shirt

Received the wrong shirt, but once I had emailed them they responded really quickly and apologised for the error, ordered me the correct shirt and also told me to keep the one I had received to save me any hassle in sending it back.
Really quick response times and friendly staff members too.
Would recommend them.

Kobe Bryant gold away barca shirt

I ordered a kobe Bryant gold away barcalona shirt for my son whilst watching Chelsea v barcolona on teusday...the next day I realized I'd ordered the wrong size... I emailed jersey d'or as soon as my son told me of my mistake. I received a swift response to my email and was amazed by the customer service. 5stars all the way. As ive stated it was my mistake and was fully aware of extra costs that would be down to me to change order ( postage etc etc)...I was happily surprised to recive email saying "no problem gary order has been updated and changed"...fantastic company to deal with again 5stars

I had an issue with the order

I had an issue with the order. I emailed support team to hold and fix it. The response was immediate and resolved it instantly. It is first jersey kit for my son and I believe we will not be disappointed.

The customer service team were…

The customer service team were fantastic. My order had been shipped and was apparently delivered but I did not receive the football shirt. They very kindly sent me another shirt which I was deeply grateful for.

I have ordered before and was very pleased with the results, great shirt, great price, packaging delivery all great. This time had to cancel order and it was not a problem as Romabelle sorted me out .

Jersey d’Or customer service is 2nd to none!

Jersey d’Or customer service is impressive! I had made a huge error in a jersey I had ordered. I only realised this after a few days of placing the order. The guys were very kind and responsive, once they had received my email they swiftly proceeded to amend the order for me, saving me the time and money as I would have had to place a new order since this was my own mistake. This gesture tells you a lot about a business customer care satisfaction. Thanks guys x
