The most comfortable sandals right out of box. Amazing quality and fast shipping

I love the sandals , nice quality . My only issue was the size ; the length was okay but the width was too small for me.

The quality is great. I've bought 5 pair for me and one for a friend over the years. I've had people walk up to me and ask where I bought them. Im very pleased with my sandal.

Service was excellent. However I had to re-order sandals, the fit was “off.” Too small. And I used the AI “shoe size” program! Oh well I eventually got what I wanted.

Like the product, however, the shipping took longer than expected. I followed up many of times and luckily I was able to get a replacement item, but wasn’t a fan of the repeated follow up, so other than that product is great. Comfortable out of the box. Looking forward to a purchase for my dad.

I bought 2 different colors of the sandal. Both were equal too wide. I used the red pair because I love the color so much to try your directions to wet them, dry and wheat them to soften them. It did not shrink them. I tried again the next day and this time after wetting them I just had them dry without wearing them. This did not work either. That is why I did not notify you sooner. I would like to return the brown ones but I am going to keep the red ones in hopes as I wear them they will form to my foot. I have purchased 2 other pairs from you and I love them. I am 70 yr old and have been a lifelong Birkenstock wearer.

Not super comfortable, color lighter than i wanted.

The sandals break in easier, well easier than the Solomon ones, I used to oil on them and made a longish walk. Very stylish
I do fear they aren't as robust as the Solomon ones so well see

Fast delivery, comfortable, nice looking..plus homemade and from Jerusalem. But they are so comfortable wearing and real leather. Plus cant wait until really broken in.

Easy to buy, paid the little extra to make potential returns easier. I used the online picture of my feet to size them and it came out perfect.

The shoes are really well made. The leather is a bit stiff out of the box so I soaked them in warm water and wore them until dry. Then I used neatsfoot oil and they are very comfortable now. Like I've owned them many years.

I love these clog slip-ons! Very comfortable. They seem to run small, so if in doubt order the next size up. I wear a 13 in Merrill’s, and a 14 Jerusalem Sandals fit me perfectly.
