So pleased with our choice of wedding rings, the whole process was so straightforward from booking an appointment to browsing the range of rings to ordering and collecting. The rings were ready in plenty of time and beautifully presented, the staff are so knowledgeable and helpful, would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to use a local jewellers for bespoke designs and beautiful rings!

I contacted JessicaFlinnJewellery as I was looking for a bespoke engagement ring. We had issues with big jewellery retailers as they “couldn’t make the ring”, “it would be to hard to find a black diamond” and they would take days to reply to emails. But Olivia at JessicaFlinn was excellent. Very fast replies and on the ball. She was very understanding and helped me design the ring and source the perfect diamond for the ring. As this is the first time I’ve done this, Olivia ensured me through the whole process and kept me up to date with everything that was happening. Olivia, you were fantastic!

The team couldn’t have made the ring anymore perfect! It was absolutely beautiful and my now fiancé is obsessed with it!!

Both my engagement ring and wedding ring were made by Jessica Flinn and they are perfect. The customer service we received was amazing - even ordering from Australia.
The rings were designed to fit alongside each other and I couldn't be happier with the end result.

Beautiful jewellery with great customer service

We went to Jessica Flinn for our wedding rings - a custom shaped ring for me and a hidden inlay design for my husband. This was one of the few places that had wedding bands for men that had a little bit of an extra something to them, which you really don’t get much option for when it comes to mens rings. The experience from trying on designs in the showroom, to choosing our final rings, to collecting them well ahead of the wedding, everyone we spoke with was super friendly and happy to help. They were genuinely interested in helping us work out what would be right for us, even if it meant going elsewhere (which we had to do for the engagement ring in the end).
The final products are super high quality and came out exactly as we wanted. I would highly recommend using Jessica Flinn for any jewellery, not just wedding rings!

We travelled to Jessica Flinn all the way from Croydon to find our dream wedding rings and it was well worth the long journey. Helen was fantastic and suggested some gorgeous rings on top of my favourites to go with my engagement ring. I was very indecisive as they were all so beautiful but she was honest and very helpful with her opinions and suggestions. She helped me both me and my partner pick the perfect rings and I can’t wait for them to arrive!

Brilliant service from start to finish. As I’m based the other side of the country, I was able to try sample rings from home before choosing, including trying a ring sizer to get the perfect fit. The whole process was easy, customer service great and the rings are beautiful. I’m so pleased with the ring I’ve chosen, it’s gorgeous!

I bought both an engagement and wedding ring here and absolutely loved both of them. Their team was also very responsive when I was trying to figure out the best ring and sizing.
