Purchased this machine, finally arrived after some confusion, opened it up a week later, amazing quality, built good, finally used it for a few hours, all I can say is OMG. I got overnight delivery and it came in pretty fast, it said 8pm, but it was in around 1pm so i'm very pleased with that. Very easy to put together, it doesn't come with instructions but it doesn't need to. The dildo part is around 5 inches, length and girth are like an average guy pretty much. Much like all the other people that have reviewed, this organisation has the worst customer service and information around delivery.

Do not trust this business. They said delivery within 24 hours or DHL (1-4 days). This is all a lie. My tracking number does not work and it is with fastaway not DHL. Every time I ask for a number to call, they refuse to provide me one. More and more I am starting to believe this is all and scam and that they do not have warehouses in Australia.

Customer service responses are almost illiterate and nothing is being done to service my needs. Stay away from this business.

If nothing is done to service my needs or a refund to be processed, I will report this business to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission to ensure no body else makes the mistake of stumbling across this scam of an organisation.

I'm like all other customers who have posted on here...I should have read all reviews prior to ordering! I've paid for an item and no response when emailing to ask where my order is. They mislead customers with fast shipping...that is far from the truth. I ordered product Monday, account still says awaiting shipping on Friday evening, even though I chose 1-4 day shipping. My credit card has been charged, but no contact back from company about where my product is. I will never do business with this company again and I encourage other people to pay the extra $100 for the same item at better company. Really disappointed and angry!
