The company appears to be fake, shows all the signs, but you must also remember you order anything on the internet during the covid 19 outbreak, things will take longer, especially if it has to imported, i ordered my package around april 15, got it may 11th, but i still wouldnt order again from the website because of how they lack customer service

The first time I ordered a machine was not too bad. It got here within a week and everything worked. Since I loved the machine, I figured that I would get a friend one for her birthday. This time when I ordered, it was hell. I ordered it on the 15th, it said it was awaiting payment but immediately took out the payment. On the 21st, I noticed another charge from Jessky. They took out another payment for the same machine. My friend has yet to receive her machine.

I am currently emailing the company and their excuse was 'i see, the date is not same , my firend,' I told them that two different payments were taken out on two different days. This company says they have warehouses all over the United States but I have somebody on the other end of the email who can hardly speak English, a package coming from Saudi Arabia, no number to speak directly to a customer service agent.

The only reason that I did not give this rating a single star is because when I received my machine, I loved it the machine itself.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Their website claims that your order will be shipped from a warehouse located in the US and that is a LIE, the 1-3 day delivery is a LIE. In my opinion this company is a SCAM. No phone number to reach anyone and you're communicating with people in China. We placed an order on the 14th and it has yet to be shipped. After several emails, I demanded a tracking number and i finally received one and guess where its shipping from...CHINA. The tracking has no movement since it was created! Here we are 5 days later, it still hasn't been shipped. I've requested that they cancel my order and issue a refund and their response was that the order shipped. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE THIEVES! I'm wondering if anyone on here actually received their order. I'm starting to think that the good reviews are FAKE!

It’s now been 19 days since my purchase and I apparently have to wait another 6 days before it gets to me providing the shipping date doesn’t get changed for a 4th time. I asked for my money back and as stated ”WITHOUT EXCUSE...” 2 days later after emails back and forth they tell me this and I quote. Which is totally telling me a lie along with a screenshot of the UPS delivery date.

the package will delivery soon,”

So from the time of my purchase 25 days. This is not the only things. They also state multiple warehouses in major countries. Australia being one of them. When I seen the shipping information it is being sent from Shenzhen China. My parcel is currently sitting in the cleared status after being shipped from Shenzhen China to Incheon Korea for 4 days now after it sat idol in Shenzhen China for 10 days. The parcel first arrival date was 9days after riding and payment clearing.

My details or order:
29th was ordered through website
30th Payment process
31st I emails Jessky.com
1st parcel was picked up by UPS
2nd departure, arrival and export scan by UPS
2nd - 12th delay messages
12th sent from Shenzhen CN to Incheon KR
13th package released by clearing agent
17th today and parcel is still in Incheon KRwith no updated messages or scan information. Last update on UPS tracking is from the 13th mentioned above.

I have requested a refund as per Money-Back-in-15-Day-Service and have been lied to and given excuses. It a far cry from the 1-4 day delivery promise made on the website of jersey.com. I’ve needed to contact them on several occasions and will not bore you with the stupidity of the customer service agents. All this and still my purchase hasn’t arrived to say the least and won’t apparently until the 23rd.

BE WARNED, if you purchase from jeesky.com and from other reviews here. I’m kind of not expecting my parcel to arrive at all. I ask potential buyers from Jessky.com to find an alternative as my experience is seems to be shared by many others, not to mention other customers who have not posted anything regarding their experience.

As many others here I have not received shipping info 2 weeks after my order. I ordered on 2/7/20 and after reading reviews I contacted the company via email. I did receive a response saying they were on vacation and my order may be delayed 3 to 7 days. After the 7 days of still no shipping info I really had out again. This time I was told they had not returned from vacation and maybe I would receive my order next month!! Seriously, website says 1 to 4 day delivery and now they are saying a month? It is now 2/21/20 and I have not received any info, I did email once again but with no response this time. I wish I read these reviews before purchase. I am just hoping I at least receive my order at some point and this is all not a scam. I will update my review if I receive support or my order.

I have ordered twice from here now and BOTH times have had to email to ask for shipping info after paying for the express shipping option. This time has been far more painful, ordered start of the month, was told today, a full 11 days after the stated window of 'ships within 24 hours' they're on vacation and have no ETA when the item would ship? All I got were condescending 'please don't worry, just wait' replies to my emails. No useful info has been forthcoming at all. What a waste of time and money.

Within 30 minutes of ordering, I tried to cancel. I sent them several emails all day due to them not having a phone number listed. I never heard back from them until over 12 hours later emailing me saying its been shipped and to keep it with a $20 dollar discount. Terrible customer service and I will refuse the package because I have emails stating that I tried to cancel several times.

Poor customer service. I paid extra delivery fee for DHL to get it faster. On the website they say it will only take 1-4 days, however it’s been 4 days and still didn’t send me a tracking number. I tried to email them but got no reply. My order number is 19122809511991. Need some help. Thank you.

They replied me this afternoon, but only ask me to wait for the tracking number. And I explained I'm moving my place so I cannot wait, got no reply again. Getting angry, thinking to report them.

Fast shipping，when you get this bad boy out of the box you know its a good machine. it felt really weighty and not flimsy at all.

well wrapped up in the post which was a relief as i was paranoid the neighbours might see what i had coming. didnt take long to put together and it worked really well. not much to say except it ticked all my boxes especially for the price would defo order from you guys again thanks

I was worried about poor quality in this product. But I'm very happy to report that it is well built and sturdy overall. And for those of you wondering if it's quiet, at low to moderate speed it's almost SILENT! Even at full power it's not loud. Definitely safe to use with people in the next room, unless you start to scream in pleasure!
