I was not able to activate my Jetpac and the Customer service rep Theresa helped me get all sorted. She was very patient and polite. I’m not too tech savvy and she helped walk me through everything step by step to get me all set up. Problem quickly resolved
I had a problem with my newly purchased Jetpac e sim starting prematurely. Emailed for help and within about 15 minutes Nicole responded. After an exchange of a few emails the problem was sorted. Absolutely excellent customer service.

What a wonderful person, I have been in Dubai with family since the 10-2-26. I’m stuck in Dubai, and was due home on the 23rd. But because of the ongoing situation I had to get a stand by ticket for tomorrow. My package had exceeded the 30 days period, and the app stopped working. I contacted Jetpac through WhatsApp, I explained the situation and that if I did not manage to get on a flight I would buy a 7 day data pack. This marvellous lady was so understanding and helpful, and gave me the discounted price for the 1 day package but only for new customers. With all the uncertainty in the Middle East, this was one gesture I will never forget.
For anyone interested in buying a package from this company, you will not be disappointed, excellent data coverage and the phone package is fantastic. I talked with British airways in the uk, it was very clear and no issues whatsoever. Thank you Jetpac for a wonderful experience in very troubling circumstances.
