Very Intimidating and expensive

The site looks good in the first way. But a lot of annoying pop up screens appears immediately and however I just asked for just the price of a flight, I got more than 12 emails from different persons during the days after my visit to the site. They have different types of memberships and they varies from 0 to 977 Usd a month. With the free membership you pay almost twice the costs of a flight. When you go to a normal broker, you can save a lot of money.

Harassed with excessive emails

I was in undated with emails from the moment I submitted my email address for pricing. It wasn’t a couple emails, it was upwards of 10 emails within a couple hours. And unsubscribing from them didn’t stop them initially. You have to go through several different unsubscribe channels to make it stop. This is ridiculous.

The worst

The worst experience I've had regarding private air travel booking. I've used you all more than ten times but now never again. The latest deal said they accepted credit cards and the contract specifically provided for that form of payment. Hence the payment form put in Jettly's own contract provided to me was the payment form I needed since I was out of town and credit card was most convenient. Consequently, the contract was signed and Jettly took their fee in the form of credit card payment. Again, both parties signed a contract where credit card was the agreed method of payment for all services involving the transaction. After the contract was signed and accepted and less than 24 hours before the flight, Jettly called and said the flight would only happen if the remaining money was sent by wire transfer for the flight and that Jettly was keeping its fee that was already paid by credit card but the rest of the costs should be wired. Imagine my shock as I am traveling out of town on business, my bank does not have a branch in the out of town city and I am being told to immediately do a wire when that was impossible for me to accomplish at that time and I already had a signed contract accepting my credit for the entire transaction and Jettly took its fee immediately and first and by way of my credit card.
However, after they took the fee by way of credit card, then they changed their mind hours before the flight and advised that I had to go to do a bank wire immediately to send the remaining money. I explained that I was traveling, I had no access to do the wire from out of town and I expected the contract to be honored or at a minimum a refund to be issued. I had a signed contract stating credit card was acceptable payment for everything involving the flight. Jettly immediately took its fee by credit card and gave a contract to accept the entire flight cost by credit card. On top of that, I had done multiple prior transactions with them and had a perfect payment history. Nonetheless they told me that the credit card payment provision was not being honored in the signed contract and then when I asked for a refund of their fee since the contract was not honored, they refused. I feel like I was a victim of fraud because a completely signed contract was not honored. Never again. You lost me and all the people at my company. Shame on you, you earned thousands of dollars in the past, there was a refusal to honor the signed contract. In my opinion you should have at least refunded the money. Giving a credit from a company that I will never use again because of my bad experience is in essence keeping the money. In my opinion that is super dishonest to do to a long standing perfect paying customer that had a fully executed contract which specifically stated credit cards accepted for the entire transaction and to change the terms less than 24 hours before flight time without me having the ability to pay any other way due to my being out of town, is just not proper business. You should have made sure the signed contract was honored especially when a valued client is out of town, had a perfect payment history and had no way to get to the bank. The purpose of your company should be convenience, honoring the scheduling and not simply advising busy business travelers to go to the bank and wire money immediately. You all provide a service and should stand behind the signed terms and conditions of the contracts that are fully executed, especially the payment terms and not change things less than 24 hours before flight when your longstanding customer is out of town. Quite unfair!!!

The claims made in this review are harmful and appear to intentionally misrepresent the facts to harm the Jettly brand in a public forum.

Here are the facts:

Mr. Feingold sourced and was presented with a large cabin aircraft at a great price on short notice by Jettly's service.

Mr. Feingold booked a flight less than 48 hours before departure, signed terms and conditions with the operator and signed terms and conditions with Jettly outlining your and Jettly's obligations concerning the flight.

Following the air operator terms and conditions you signed, the transaction value was higher than the amount processable by credit card through the particular air operator. Therefore, the operator requested a wire payment for the flight, which is the standard payment method globally for the industry.

You appeared hopeful to use your credit card for the flight and were presented with numerous alternative aircraft options that would have accepted a credit card. You declined all of those alternative options.

As a result, you advised your flight advisor to cancel the booking as you were in board meetings which could cause a wire payment to be sent to the operator.

You were also advised (in advance of the cancellation, in writing) that the flight booking fees paid toward your flight to Jettly are CREDITED (additional emphasis added) toward your account for a future booking with Jettly, as services were fully rendered to you by Jettly, following the terms and conditions you had signed.

We look forward to your use of your credit on your next flight with Jettly and trust the service has been acceptable to you through your lengthy 36 flight request history.
