You were honest & did not waste my time.
I am on fixed income & saw a TikTok to check out private jets as sometimes there are cheap seats (obviously not true! Lol)

Got the quote and estimate in no time.
Follow up was quick and easy.

Too slow service, I asked the jet yesterday morning and still arrive estimate prices, I tried to receive the real price but is impossible.

We booked a private plane through Jettly to travel with 4 people from Hilton Head to Toronto. We were told we had 1,000 lbs for people & luggage. Upon arrival we unloaded our bags from the car (that everything fit in!) and stood in the rain while the co-pilot tried to figure out where to put things. It became obvious quickly that despite not being overweight, we were not going to fit our luggage. We ended up having to ship 3 pieces of luggage at our own hassle and expense. And then incurred more expense replacing items we needed from the bags. In addition we were given attitude by the pilot who repeatedly told my teenaged kids to watch the seats as they were new and he was flying the owner the next day. I could go on. It was a really horrible experience. So far from what you expect when you incur the expense of flying privately. The following day I received an email from Jettly asking how our experience was. The person said the sender personally read every email and wanted my feedback. I detailed what a disappointing experience we had a week ago and have yet to hear a word from Jettly.

It is not good cosmetics surface!
Need to get better at help with the problem of people needing assistance with their questions on the phone!

Jettly's response team is literally instant. 24/7.
They know exactly what they're doing and how to do it.
The most important part for any of us is safety and they somehow make you feel all of these things.

It’s powering a good partnership. I picked out a Bombardier Jet and was pleased with how available they were for business travel. I hope to continue with them and props to the Jettly customer service 4 out of 5 stars.

The response was phenomenal! Provided a list of possibilities as well as my;lipless people to assist.

You email way too much after just looking. It is so annoying. Don’t email me again.

The process was very good but I did often get repetitive emails & texts that made me wonder about the communication among the team.

From a customer service perspective you guys are very pushy and it might just be local to where I'm at if you contract out but if you do contract out you need to tell your contractor's to cool it and not to focus so heavily on their commission check.

the moment I made a mistake of creating an account on your site, my phone started to get texts from you. After a 3 texts I blocked you. An hour(-ish) later I've got a call. It was past 9 PM where I am. I only checked the prices and closed the tab with jettly already. But no, someone decided they need to call me to talk about offers you have.
Also I've got emails, about 3 or for of them in one evening.
