Fake prices

Fake prices. Unnecessarily complicated platform to book the flight, especially the non-essentials.

What do you mean by fake prices? The non-essentials that you mentioned are the ancillary / add-on services. They might not be necessary to you, but to other passengers. That is why we make them optional. You could simply not select these services and proceed to pay for the flight only.

After service was nonexistent

I found flights that were at good times and the fares were okay but the after service was nonexistent as I had to personally directly contact each of the airlines to get wheelchair assistance organised and they both asserted that the third party booking agent should have done that for me. There is no contact number available and the email contact doesn’t go through. I am only hoping for the best when I get to the airport.

Notified 24 before departure that seat…

Notified 24 before departure that seat booking on return flight was not confirmed, this was for exit row extra legroom, Now cannot book a seat suggestion is to go to airport early to get seat allocation.

Undeclared fees

Added a bunch of undeclared fees onto the final cost right at the end, which I'm pretty sure is a breach of Australian consumer law.

Very disappointed with the customer…

Very disappointed with the customer service from Jetzzy. I accidentally booked the wrong travel date (16th instead of 18th) and contacted them immediately after realizing the mistake. Instead of informing me that changes or cancellation could potentially be done within the allowed timeframe without major costs, they only offered expensive options.

I was quoted nearly $400 extra just to change the flight, even though the original ticket only cost around $350. Later, when I contacted Jetstar directly, I was told that if the booking had been changed or cancelled within the first hour, I likely would not have incurred those additional costs.

I then contacted Jetzzy again asking why this option was never explained to me or actioned on my behalf, especially since I called them immediately. Unfortunately, they were not helpful and did not take responsibility for the poor guidance provided.

Very frustrating experience and disappointing customer support. I would not recommend this Agency at all
