My flight was moved and I lost my seat I paid extra for instead I had to sit between two people on a 5 hr flight despite paying extra for a window seat I asked the staff for a similar seat but there was none left then on my return flight same thing stuck in the middle despite paying extra for a window seat ABSOLUTELY DONT PAY EXTRA FOR SEATING ITS A SCAM

The worst customer service I ever seen. They didn't deserve even one Star. I lost my money because of there mistake. I'm not advise to anyone using there service.

They asked me to pay double amount of ticket value. Event new ticket value is half price on there website. I never see my life time this kind of airline customer service. I will never travel by Jetstar. I prefer virgin australia.

The cheapest price on offer for my dates to fly to Darwin from Melbourne…..and flight times are great. Not ridiculous midnight flights.

My experience involved trying to change a simple date error on a Ho Chi Minh City to Sydney booking. What should have been a straightforward amendment turned into a completely opaque and frustrating process.

I was quoted a change fee of around AUD $1,990, which bears no reasonable relation to either the original ticket price or the fares currently available directly with the airline for the same route. When I requested a breakdown, I was given a partial explanation (change fee, fare difference, service fee), but no clear or verifiable explanation of how the fare difference was calculated or why significantly lower fares visible on the airline’s website could not be used.

I was also told I was not eligible for any tax refund, despite “taxes and fees” being clearly itemised at the time of booking, with no transparency on what portion (if any) was actually refundable government tax versus non-refundable carrier charges.

Communication throughout felt scripted, policy-driven, and designed to deflect questions rather than genuinely explain pricing. At no point did I receive a clear or consistent justification that reconciled the charges with publicly available fares.

While I understand airline tickets are subject to strict fare rules, the lack of transparency and the inability to obtain a clear, logical explanation of pricing makes the process feel unfair and misleading.

Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend booking directly with airlines rather than using this platform.

Fake prices. Unnecessarily complicated platform to book the flight, especially the non-essentials.

I found flights that were at good times and the fares were okay but the after service was nonexistent as I had to personally directly contact each of the airlines to get wheelchair assistance organised and they both asserted that the third party booking agent should have done that for me. There is no contact number available and the email contact doesn’t go through. I am only hoping for the best when I get to the airport.

Notified 24 before departure that seat booking on return flight was not confirmed, this was for exit row extra legroom, Now cannot book a seat suggestion is to go to airport early to get seat allocation.

Skyscanner was easy to use. I feel i got a good price on my travel. Im yet to take the flight so the jury is still out until ove landed on the other side. So far so good...

I searched cheap flights online and found good prices , but it was not available while I am paying the bill when I finished all information filled in . It asked me to research and the price is higher than before.
