Unprompted review
They do not send me my order and took my money
I ordered a necklace a furcoat and a surprise gift. They only sent me the necklace and they do not respond to my emails. I sent them all the photos of the order and even it is clear on carriier's website that my package is around 0.14 kg which cannot contain the fur, they do not respond to my emails.

I won't get a refund even though they claim they have 30 day return policy
Never got my refund even though I have asked for it and they CLAIM they have a 30 day refund & return -policy on their website. So said the customer service personnel. However, you won't get your money back no matter how hard you try. They stop answering customer support emails. Scam artist company.
