Grossly overpaid
After comparing the price of the product $272 to similar products offered by other companies, I realized I had grossly overpaid by about $252, in addition the "real" stones that I paid extra for were so small I could barely see them. They did not look that small in the pictures.

Small sizing and non existent customer service
My partner bought me a ring which despite checking my size on a universal ring sizer, was at least 2 sizes too small. I couldnt even get it over my knuckle. Not just tight but impossible to get on. He sent a message but was ignored. So now have no money and no wearable ring. Very disappointing and terrible customer service.

The piece I ordered was a custom necklace. It was made so quickly and arrived very fast I was super surprised. The ease of ordering and options was incredible and for the price as well! I will say because the name was longer, I feel it may be a little more flimsy but overall great quality piece!
