I love that you can custom design it online without needing to call and you get a complete preview of the ring. I was looking for a graduation ring and found the perfect one. Ordered it on a Saturday and got it in less than 2 weeks.

Great quality, fast delivery

I was very happy with the design of the pendant. The stone size was perfect too. My issue was with limited options for the chain. You only offered a 16" chain with a 2" extension. That was not big enough, I needed a 20 or preferably a 22" chain. Please provide better options to your customers for chain lengths when purchasing your jewelry.

Website is easy to navigate. The quality of the materials seems very high grade. The pricing is great. Making and shipping out the product didnt take too long. Will definitely be making more purchases in the future.

Placed the order and it arrived later than the estimated date provided. This was. Birthday gift to my wife which ended up being given to her late.
The chain for the necklace was not as long as expected. I reached out and asked about exchanging it and was given an astronomical shipping cost. I could return everything and reorder so it would have made more sense to just have me return the necklace without pendent and ship me a new one without charging me half the cost of the chain and pendant just to ship.
Horrible customer service. I won’t be purchasing from jewlr ever again. Won’t be recommending them. And I will be posting bad reviews on Google and social media.

The order arrived on time with no concerns, but I was taken back how small the bar was on the necklace chain. I had the bar etched with a 5 letter name which you needed strong spectacles to see. But the recipient loved the necklace, so all good.

The timing of the drop off was amazing, the quality was amazing, anything and everything you buy from this place will be probably good, the price was amazing, I got a great discount for my girlfriend and for the ring I bought I will definitely be back.

Finding what I was looking for and customizing it was all very easy however the small dimond that was in the ring fell out a couple days after wearing it.

The ring looked exactly like I expected it to look from the design photo. The order arrived earlier than was initially expected.

My package was almost lost, intelcom did a lousy job delivering it to a bad place I found my order opened and your email arrived to my junk folder

Easy to maneuver through website and pick out the size and style, shipping details were great, and so was tracking.

I'd hope that delievery included actual contact with individual rather than leaving it at door, especially when it's a ring.
