Everything Wrong
Update: I have just received an email telling me its my own fault. No apologies or agreement to fix their error.
The personalisation was incorrect, the quality is extremely low, the express delivery could not be trusted and the customer service is appalling.
I bought a present for an important occasion, paid for express delivery to ensure it would arrive in time (fair enough, I should have ordered earlier, but don't offer express shipping if you can't guarantee it.) The order was shipped and promised to arrive by 21st, however I then received a notification from DHL stating delivery 24th. I emailed asking for help to ensure the shipment would arrive on time and received a response to say it was customs and they couldn't do anything. They refunded the delivery costs, but that would not solve my problem.
It did in fact arrive on the 21st, but they had put the wrong stone in it. The stone colour is relevant to the occasion and it is too late to fix the error in time to gift it as intended. I have emailed asking for it to be rectified immediately and have had no response. I would have been less upset if I thought the product I would eventually be receiving was good quality, but it looks cheap, the stone does not look secure and definitely does not feel good value for the price tag.
Extremely disappointed, and even if they do resolve it (in their own sweet time) I will not be buying from here again.
