The ring I picked out for my daughter looked just as good or better in person than it did online. Also, I ordered it last minute. I had it engraved and it still made the shipping in two days!!! I'm very pleased with the quality of the ring- my daughter loves it and that it came in the nick of time- graduation day!!!

My wife bought me a ring for our…
My wife bought me a ring for our wedding day, I was really happy with it (Tungsten brushed) and it has snapped in two places after 3 years, contacted the company for some direction on what can be done, was told that it can't be repaired and was offered a 30% discount on another ring (so 10% for each year it was worn! Very disappointed and not impressed, especially when the the fault was a manufacturing failure. If you are looking for a long term ring I wouldn't recommend this company

After reviewing your ring, our team confirmed that, due to the nature of tungsten, it cannot be repaired once it has fractured. Unfortunately, a repair is not possible for this type of damage.
As the ring cannot be repaired, we offered a 30% discount on a replacement ring, which is the best accommodation we are able to provide in this situation. We understand this wasn't the outcome you were hoping for, and we're sorry we couldn't offer a different resolution.

Not even a month in and the stone fell out of the ring! I contacted customer service last week and still have not heard back from them! I paid over $200 for this to not even last a month!

Bracelet was just ok
Bracelet was just ok. The laser engraved names have started to rub away making it harder to read. Some of the links have started to mis-shapen.
