I love the pieces I have received and keep buying more. I have bought 5 others of these in yellow gold and I wear them almost daily as they are in memoriam of my previous pets. My only criticism is that the engraved letters on 2 of them are fading some. The stones have all stayed in their settings. Thank you!

Broken Bracelet not Refunded
I ordered a bracelet for “something blue” for my best friend’s wedding. I gifted it to her, we put it on her wrist, and within 30 minutes the bracelet had fallen off. Must have been a faulty clasp on the bracelet. I emailed Jewlr requesting I get sent another bracelet, and they said “stolen or lost” jewelry can’t be refunded like that. But clearly there was an issue with the bracelet I initially received. I am very disappointed. $180 down the drain and a broken/lost bracelet on my friend’s wedding day :/
