Unprompted review
it was a great experience
it was a great experience. The only problem I experienced was finding where to load the photos but that was more a user error than anything. The necklace arrived in a timely matter and was beautiful! It was a very quick turnaround and the quality and workmanship was beautiful.

Great service but disappointed in quality
The online ordering process was simple and fast. The delivery was quick especially considering that the bracelet I ordered was custom made. When it came however, I was a bit disappointed. The silver parts where the names are engraved are so small that you can hardly read the names. The bracelet itself is extremely thin and also very short. I was disappointed in the quality considering the price that I paid for it.
