Took my BMW 328i in for the installation of a Turbosmart blow off valve, an awkward job due to the position of the existing diverter valve. Two local garages (Canterbury) didn’t want to know. My son had his VW Polo mapped here so I thought I’d try to get a quote. Received a good quote and booked in. Job was completed while I waited, with no problems at all. As I mentioned not an easy job so I was over the moon it was completed in 90 mins. Any future specialist work required for my cars will certainly be carried out here. Highly recommended.

I got a stage 1 tune for a Golf R, engine and gearbox. This is our family car so it was about tightening up the response and adding low-end torque to improve driveability. I turned up, the job was done while I waited (less than an hour). They had free coffee and good wifi so this was no problem at all. The job was done professionally, and the results are exactly what we were looking for. No lumpiness, just takes the car to the next level. Great service, and the guarantees they provide really make them stand out.

Excellent service, very understanding team, took phone call on the dot at 8, as I was worried about an impending travel plan which could have been affected. They managed to fix a brake booster, which I didn't realise existed, on the day before the travel. It was costly, but the work was perfect and will recommend anyday. Also it was very good to see high quality service in Maidstone suburbs and pleased to have helped the local economy than a networked national company. Thanks again

Incredible experience with JFA Automotive! They performed an ECU Stage 1 and TCU Stage 1 tune on my C8 RS7, and the results are amazing. Significant gains in power, torque, and even fuel economy, plus a much more aggressive exhaust note. The difference is night and day!

I had some cold air intakes supplied and fitted in my M4 F83 and can’t complain. The work was carried out to a high standard, I also had them take a small look under the hood which revealed no issues. The guys were super friendly and were happy to answer any questions I had, took time out of there day to explain things to me in a clear way which I could understand. Although I felt a little plagued by the aggressive marketing strategy once I asked them to remove me from the list they did and it all stopped. My only advice to JF Automotive would be to dial down the marketing by about 50%. Jay managed the whole process and I found him to be methodical knowledgeable engaging and informative. In a world where customers service is so often lacking these guys are a breath of fresh air.

The Ghost Immobiliser was fitted in 1hr 40. On return, James gave very good instruction on how it worked - he sat in the passenger seat talking us through, was very patient, making sure we understood it all.
