Positive experience with Adrian
Adrian was very friendly and accommodating. He returned to my flat within a few minutes after I missed the appointment time and was very pleasant during the visit.

JFM / Parr Court
JFM have been managing the Parr Court Estate for the last 4 months. Without hesitation I can state they are a vast improvement on the last company we used. Our JFM Property Manager is Jake Marshall and he has been a godsend. Jake is 100% committed to getting the job done, and to getting it done right. He is proactive and diligent and I am very impressed with his work thus far. Appointing JFM/Jake Marshall to manage our estate was a wise decision.

A Heartfelt Thank You for creating Joyful Christmas Memories for Wandsworth Deaf Children
For the past two years, JFM Management has gone above and beyond by organising a collection to deliver Christmas presents to the children in Wandsworth Primary Deaf & Hearing support Centre.
Karim’s and Jamesie’s kindness and effort, which are at the heart of this initiative, have made such a meaningful difference to our pupils — the children were absolutely delighted.
As Teachers of the Deaf, we felt incredibly lucky to have been chosen and truly touched that JFM Management wanted to give something back to local communities in Wandsworth in such a thoughtful and inclusive way. It genuinely brought a lot of joy and excitement at a very special time of year.

Company Profit Prioritised Over Leaseholder Interests
I am very disappointed with my experience of this property management company.
As a leaseholder, I have found the overall approach to be lacking in transparency, with limited clarity around decision-making and key information. Communication has often been poor, with queries taking a long time to be addressed and responses frequently feeling dismissive rather than constructive.
I also feel that interactions are conducted in a way that suggests a sense of superiority over leaseholders, rather than a collaborative or service-oriented relationship. This has made it difficult to raise concerns openly or feel that my views are genuinely considered.
Most importantly, I do not feel that the company represents my best interests as a leaseholder. There appears to be little effort to balance the needs and concerns of residents with the company’s own position, which has resulted in a lack of trust.
I share this feedback in the hope that it will be taken constructively and lead to improvements in transparency, communication, and a more respectful and resident-focused approach.

JFM may have gone into liquidation!
JFM may have gone into liquidation so be careful before paying for a management pack or giving them any money for service charge etc. I am selling my property and they have not responded to any questions for 2 weeks. I phone every day but get nowhere and today their phones cut off after a long time on hold which is a new and worrying problem so they are uncontactable! I have several hundred thousand pounds at risk so am having sleepless nights

If negative number could be given, 1 - star is already too much for JFM! The worst ever management company I dealt with - messy and unjustified service charge budget rocketly rise, always threatening letters/emails to lease holders, late replies if not purposely avoid answering, bad solving any issues raised.

Declining
Talked a good talk and started out well, but the service is declining and they no longer appear interested in engaging with leaseholders. Need a change of approach if they wish to improve their rating. In particular, they need to act in the way promised when they were selected. Some staff need moving on.
