My feedback is for Chantel in the Lease Compliance team, who assisted me pull together all required details across internal teams to provide me with the information related to my property preparing for a sale. This could be a stressful process, but Chantel went out of her way to make this as smooth as possible in a timely manner.

Don't trust these reviews. Their main focus is to keep their reviews up.

- They ruined our development
- They came up with wrong reports after the fire door inspection and made people pay enormous amount of money for unnecessary works
- Their main focus is to please the freeholders, they do nothing for the leaseholders
- Since they took over our complex, the services have become very poor but they kept increasing the service charge for things they don't do.
- They increased the service charge for the staff while they fired a lot of people with the explanation they want to cut costs.
- The list would be way longer, everyone is disgusted by their services and behaviour
- Avoid this company!

I used to have a very positive experience with JFM when Clive was managing the property — he was extremely helpful, responsive, and proactive in resolving any issues.
Unfortunately, since his retirement, communication has become very difficult. The new property manager, Emma-Jayne, has not responded to my solicitor’s enquiries for 25 days despite multiple chasers and phone calls. These are time-sensitive building-level matters affecting my flat sale, and the ongoing lack of response has caused unnecessary delays and stress.
I truly hope JFM can restore the level of professionalism and responsiveness that Clive always demonstrated.

Chantel gave all the assistance necessary till I was able to complete my registration.

During a routine annual fire safety check, it was flagged that the front door of the flat required some remedial work in order to meet Fire Safety Regulations going forward and we chose to carry out this work via JFM's contractor. Carlene at JFM was very responsive and liaised clearly and effectively with us throughout the process in order to ensure that the work was completed within our requested time frame. She also followed up efficiently in order to provide us with a copy of the engineer's report and compliance certificate.

I commend the service provided by Chantel in the administration team in preparing a pre-sales pack and following up with clarity and professionalism.

This company has ruined our Lyon Square…
This company has ruined our Lyon Square block. They haven’t done any work compared to the service charges collected. I don’t know if the positive reviews are genuine. Heard they manipulate the reviews. The staffs are non responsive and useless. Use this company if you want to destroy your own property as they did ours. All the positive reveiws are fake and written by their own people, family & relatives.
The worst part is that they will threaten you with legal action to pay the bills which you are not liable off. Today I have reported you and the other parties to action fraud. Crime reference has been sent by email. Waiting to put in the media.

JFM have provided a very professional block management team for a large development in London. Their professional approach to all matters comes through clearly, and their engagement with residents is both detailed and regular. They have had to deal with many complexities over the years within the development and continue to provide an invaluable service to the residents, working tirelessly alongside the resident directors. This has been especially appreciated for their hard work in resolving fire safety defects in the high rise blocks that make up the development. Their engagement and support in the pre sales enquiries has also been prompt and complete. I would highly recommend JFM for all their block and estate management services.

I got really succinct answers to all of my problems, and set out a clear path to resolve all of our issues.

Unfortunately I've not had a good experience with this company managing my property. JFM have proven very difficult to communicate ever since they took over the management from Crabtree - who always did an excellent job, were extremely responsive, and kept us updated regularly. JFM are impossible to get hold of on the phone, and they don't respond to emails or voicemails. I myself have worked in property management for many years, but have never before worked with such poor communication before. Very disappointing indeed.

I really appreciate how efficient Carlene was in helping sort the documents. She worked quickly without and without hesitation to get the issue resolved. Really really apprecited her work this morning, saved me a lot of time and hassle!
