Very pleased with the front door inspection carried out last week. The inspector was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. He explained the process clearly and took the time to answer every question I had. It’s not often you come across someone so patient and professional. Excellent service from start to finish!

Dealt with Jake and Lydia with regards to a drainage issue they had at one of there sites. They were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the site and were able to advise our team on past issues which in turn aided us in trying to get this revolved :).

We have worked with JFM for a while now, as a contractor. They are efficient and easy to work with. They also pay promptly which is very rare in this industry and absolutely contributes towards good property management.

We have had a fantastic experience with JFM. From day one, they have been professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to maintaining a high standard of service.
Ola, the property manager, has been an absolute pleasure to work with—always approachable, organised and quick to resolve any concerns.
Rachid, the onsite building manager, is equally outstanding. He’s incredibly hands-on, dependable, and keeps the building in excellent condition. Whether it's routine maintenance or unexpected issues, Rachid is always on top of it with a friendly attitude and a high level of care.

JFM Management of apartment blocks
JFM, through Jake Marshall, is now listening to our concerns and coming up with solutions. I had an external unknown car parked at my allocated parking space. JFM was able to resolve this matter swiftly. We are now updated by email regarding their course of actions. This is very helpful as it gives us a chance to have a say in the management of our flats.

I’ve had a very positive experience working with JFM, and in particular Ola, who has been incredibly professional, responsive, and thorough in her approach. Her commitment to resolving issues and maintaining clear, consistent communication has made a real difference.
Although Rachid is not part of JFM, his role as the Building Manager for LGW and his close collaboration with Ola has been invaluable. Rachid is extremely hands-on and proactive on-site — always quick to respond and focused on upholding high standards. The partnership between Ola and Rachid has been instrumental in driving positive outcomes for both the building and its residents.
