Got the product but with delay

I submitted a negative review earlier but changed it now as I got the product eventually. The company is not likely a scam but they have to improve on the overall processes and communication. Since they use PayPal you are protected in most cases.
The whole process caused me some headache but I have to admit the 2 facts:
- I got the correct product - original and brand new
- I got the best price (200 euro below shop prices)
Jgadget - get yourself organised and you can save money AND headaches for customers. I still believe in you.

Terrible service, liars operating from Asia.

Terrible service!
Ordered on priceminister a Galaxy S8 for Black Friday (27th of November) with an estimated 3 to 7 days delivery time from the UK.
Is is today the 20th of November, 5 days before Xmas and still not sign of the parcel.
As soon as the order was placed a couple of hours after the seller sends me a DPD tracking number. The tracking information says "data has been received but not the parcel" and has stayed like this ever since. They send that number out to pretend they have shipped the parcel whereas it is clear they do not have the product in stock!
They say on their website that they ship from the UK. If you check their address you will see that the address is for a postal box service. They have no headquarters in the UK and operate from Asia. (they answer in the middle of the night).

Purchased an item on 25.11.17 and still waiting, strange how my review, even the rare email response content I received is almost identical to that in the review previously by Sam ayres. Jgadgets4u keep delaying. DPD deny any knowledge of having received my item despite a tracking order having been provided. However legally the responsibility remains with the seller until the purchased item is delivered so JGadgets4u should at least be honest with customers and keep them updated. Luckily I paid through paypal so fingers crossed ill get my money back soon. All i can say is if you are considering buying an item from this company youd be best to think again.

Update: full refund via PayPal received 10/01/18. No contact from seller despite repeatedly cancelling the purchase.

Who knows - you'll be waiting a long time if you do regardless

I ordered an iPhone last month and was provided with a DPD courier code but they have no received the item. They claim there is a backlog of items that have 'not been scanned' by DPD and that they have already provided them the item when you ask where it is.

I contacted DPD directly and they have confirmed they are lying.

That information does not seem correct, we do not have it, if they insist we collected it then please have them get in touch so we can look into the collection and possibly raise a parcel search if we lost it since collecting it from them, i can confirm it never made it to our depot.

I disputed the payment with paypal and I'm hoping they will help resolve it. I was told I'd be receiving my item by Wednesday but DPD still haven't received anything. It's a joke.

Scam

Terrible. Give you a bogus tracking number and a bogus order on dpd, who also text you to say the parcel is on its way, but they never recieve it.

Awful Service

Really disappointed by the lack of response. I ordered a Samsung S8 and was initially advised I would receive in 3 working days. I was given a DPD tracking number therefore I assumed everything would be fine. 3 days later I received an email advising the order had been assigned and I would receive in 3 to 10 working days. Since then I have had no communication from this company or DPD. DPD have advised they have not received the parcel yet and despite numerous emails to this company they haven't even responded. This is extremely poor service and I wouldn't reccomended anyone purchase from them. I have luckily paid via PayPal and will be launching a case with them. This is extremely poor service and this company should not be allowed to trade.

Really disappointed I ordered a Go pro …

Really disappointed I ordered a Go pro Hero5 on the 1.12.17 was sent an email by dpd saying they were going to deliver 5.12.17 that day received email saying they wouldn’t be delivering as it hadn’t arrived with them. Tried contacting company several times without success. Such a shame as this was a Christmas present and now my husband won’t get it! Hope I get a refund through PayPal !

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE (SCAM?)

Ordered from this website on 3/12/17, paying £430 for a Canon DSLR. I have not received a single email from this firm, and all signs are they are SCAMMERS. Be very wary; I wish I'd looked on here first.

Ordered 3/12/17 - no order updates, no dispatch notification, no emails.
I chased this on 11/12/17 - again, no reply.
PayPal dispute raised on 14/12/17 - again, no response.

SO disappointed; we had saved for ages for this camera; it's cast a shadow over our Christmas. And we have now lost our money to this outfit until (hopefully) PayPal can recover it for us.

JGADGET4U - do not even think about responding here asking for my order number, querying the validity of this review, and/or sounding like there's been some terrible misunderstanding; you have taken our money, failed to deliver, and ignored all contact. Ordered a Go Pro Hero 5 for my sons Christmas present on 2nd December.
DPD still haven't received the parcel although I have a tracking number.
I can not go and buy one elsewhere unless they give me the refund quickly that I have now asked for.
Will never use this company again !

Ordered go pro 6 and a spark drone on the 30th November cost £880+ still not received any thing got tracking number from dpd they said it's not arrived in there depot phone dpd they said it's at customs clearance ltd (telephone 020823109000) they said all parcels are held by customs because they are not paying the proper amount duty on them
Getting money back from paypal wouldn't use again SCAMMERS

Ordered phone in November told me that they had it and sent it out with a Dpd tracking number I got a message of dpd saying item had not arrived. Month later still waiting openend a case with PayPal and got refunded wish I would of read reviews first rats

Terrible customer service

Ordered something on the 27th November and it has not arrived. At this stage it’s hard to say who’s at fault whether it’s them or the courier, but either way they are being less then helpful. Assuring me in the few emails that I’ve received that it’s in the couriers warehouse and they just haven’t scanned it yet but the courier claims they don’t have it. It’s been 12 working days now. That seems long enough for somebody to start looking into this properly instead of just brushing me off.

Their warehouse can't count to two.....

22/12/17 - I've upped my review to three stars which is really generous, but they did get me sorted and missing phone arrived. Honestly thought it was a con! Still learned not to reply on PayPal buyer protection, not worth the paper it's written on!!

I ordered two phones from them 1st Oct, only one arrived. Videoed opening package for evidence plus their own delivery note agrees. Paypal told me to return the one phone for full refund (on both) but this one phone I sent back got lost in mail (and Royal Mail have refunded for the cost of this one phone they lost). Now because tracking on my return didn't work as this one phone never arrived back, PayPal closed my case telling me to claim off Royal Mail (but claiming for two when only one was lost would be fraud!!). Can't get PayPal to realise or care that I'm still a phone down at the end of this as too complicated for them to sit and work it out! Still waiting for missing phone to arrive which JGadget4U say they'll send it but so slow and painful, can see me having to go legal soon.

To avoid - terrible customer service

To avoid. I bought a Samsung S8 from then, experienced a problem with the microphone after a couple of months which stopped working suddently.

I reset the phone to factory settings which didn't solve the issue.
Asked them if I could send it to a Samsung store near me to use the garanty. They requested that I return the phone to them, and that they'd send it to Samsung for the repair.

I took about 3 weeks for me to have an answer from then on behalf of Samsung. They told me there was just a wrong setting, and charged me 25€ while the phone is still under garanty.

I paid just to get my phone back, and I'm still waiting after 1 month to get my phone back.
They are also pretty slow to answer, or don't answer every time.

Know that if you have any issue with a product, they will give terrible support.
