Order a samsung s8 on black friday 2017 got a text from dpd on monday saying they would deliver on the Wednesday
On Wednesday morning text from dpd saying that parcel wasnt available so couldnt deliver contacy sender which i did got a reply next day saying wait 5to 10 working days buy now im worried ive been scammed
Monday 4th December i just happened to check dpd site and it said was at my local dpd delivery hub about an hour later a text from dpd saying delivering today
Phone has arrived phon box sealed everything in box phone working fine checked imei number all ok
Not sent from london but hong kong but everthing is ok
Great price will use this compant again
I thought i had been scammed but not dont be frightened to usr this company may have to wait but worth it

Ordered Go Pro Hero 6. Received tracking number, delivery through DPD. Message from DPD said package not received with them. Initially had been told item would arrive between 3 - 10 days so thought would wait that amount of time, But after about 5 days checked tracking and parcel was with me. Genuine article. Definitely would shop again.

Not so clear and tracking number was not active but after 11 days my phone arrived by dpd and is sooooo amazing i love it u

I live in the UK. I ordered an iPhone 8 Plus 256Gb from JGadget.com. It arrived and is not a copy iPhone, arrived sealed. Set up with Apple.com. All set up and working brilliantly. I can understand being cautious, I was myself. Yes the attraction is that the prices quoted on high end Smartphones are considerably cheaper than anywhere else. So we think Scam Scam it must be a scam. Well it isn't.
Just a word for clarification, it states on the site that UK orders are UK Stock shipped from London in 3 to 5 days they don't include weekends in this. I used PayPal to pay for my own protection just in case it went belly up. after placing the order I immediately received my order Confirmation via email. The next day I was contacted by DPD who informed me that in 2 days time they would be delivering my iPhone. On the morning of delivery I was informed by DPD that they wouldn't be delivering as they had not received the iPhone and to contact the seller. Immediately you think Scam. I contacted them via the Web Site Contacts page and they replied straight away. The reason for order failure to DPD was that they had a huge demand for the new iPhone 8. They apologised and confirmed a new date of Friday 27th October 2017. Im happy to confirm it arrived but from HongKong and delivered by DPD. Who kept me informed as soon as it had cleared UK Customs.
So in this instance it wasn't UK Stock sourced from London. Now that could be because they had run out of stock in the UK.
However to help you in making a decision to buy from JGadget4U i have since carried out further investigation and they are a new company with registered Offices in Nottingham UK. However they are a subsidiary of a HongKong based company called Janco Global Logistics Ltd . They have a Facebook page if you care to look.

In summary : they are real, they didn't scam me, received Genuine Factory Sealed Item. As long as you are prepared to wait I would say 10 days excluding weekends your item will arrive. I think everything is probably HongKong sourced.

** The Web Site mentions no additional Custom Charges. Just to confirm that is correct I only paid the on screen price. I didn't have to pay import tax to DPD before delivery. Which has been the case iv have come across before when I bought a OnePlus phone back in 2014.
