2 years and the platinum plating is still good.
I have have been wearing my princess cut white sapphire (rhodium/platinum plated) silver tennis bracelet for a little over 2 years now, only taking off for housework.*Experience date would not let me choose as far back as July 2022.*
This was my first purchase as I didn't want to commit to anything more costly from an unknown jeweler.
I have been very happy with the bracelet which still looks as good as new after a good polish. The only downside (and the star deduction) is the clasp, which is absolutely fantastic itself and has never failed. But is now (2yrs) completely copper looking after the plating started to wear off from a small scratch quite quickly. I am reluctant to have it replaced as I worry third party interference might ruin the bracelet.
Anyway, I have recently made another purchase, a pricier item. I immediately received my complimentary silver copy, promptly delivered by the reputable RM, the same fantastic service received 2years ago, and was thrilled!
(This bespoke item will be reviewed separately as the experience has since gone downhill)
I absolutely recommend the plated items available for next day delivery they are very visually stunning, even after 2+ years of continued wear.
I will absolutely be ordering again. The matching necklace only available in plated silver is next on my Jian list.

Outstanding customer service. Personal and quick. The earrings were lovely and great quality but unfortunately they were larger than required. I was offered a replacement but there was nothing suitable so a no fuss refund was processed. I would definitely buy from them again.

Outstanding, aftersales, i brought my ring in 2021 and unfortunately due to wear and tear i'd lost a stone, i approached Jian London, asking if they could repair and replace, without any quarms they replied within the a few days of posting my ring back to them it is back on my finger looking lovely as ever...

Other companies could learn a lot from this company
While I haven’t yet seen my purchase as it’s an anniversary gift for my wife later this month. The experience so far has been exceptional from the ordering, and the regular updates throughout, and up to the actual delivery. If the gift is as good as the service so far this far, then I will be a very happy customer. It’s is a refreshing experience for a change, and other companies could learn a lot from this company.
