Not worth it
Poor on-boarding. Someone didn’t even show up to a scheduled zoom call. Start paying a monthly fee even before anything actually starting for nearly 2 months.
Very unorganized. Couldn’t access any of their services like nutritionist or kinesiology because they were booked out for months. When I did access them, seemed like they read off scripts. Nothing was customized to the person on the other side of the screen. You pay a monthly fee for these services, which are so useless. They also seemed very uninterested, but probably over worked and just as lost as their patients.
The pharmacy side was actually really good, prompt answering questions, getting prescriptions sent and of course taking payment.
Recommend going to your family doctor! Unless they fixed the patient journey side of things.

Ozempic was back ordered the whole time. I was charged thousands of dollars and lost about 6 pounds over 4 months. You need a doctors guidance for long lasting change. You cannot get this with Jill Health. Waste of time and money!

It might be too good to be true...
The process of receiving medication is not as easy as it seems. I started applying for a regiment in February and I still have not revieved a single medication or barely any updates. I am waiting for insurance to approve my medication. However, when I call insurance they told me that Jill Health did not fill out to form properly. Then I asked Jill Health to send a form again. They stated that they did so I believed them. 1 month has gone by and no response from my insurance. I called my insurance and they did not even recieve an updated form. I'm about to give up on Jill Health because the process is very strenuous. I have been with Jill Health in 2023 and recieved confirmation from insurance and my medication in 1 month. I don't know if Jill Health is just trying to get my money at this point.
03/06/2025 - I am cancelling my subscription. I spent $207 for what. There is no prescription, lack of communication, as well as, false advertising and hope. I would not recommend Jill Health. Now I have a bad rapport with my health insurance because they think I am doing fraud with this establishment. Thanks.

Customer service was not good
I left a more detailed review in October 2023. I have been trying to unsubscribe from emails since then, multiple times and contacted the company to remove me from their mailing list and I still get emails from them like the one asking for this review.

Company could use many improvements
I signed up for Jill health over a year ago and was a customer for around 4 months. It started mostly well. I felt that many of their professionals were quite good. However when the meds became unavailable at their pharmacy, their pharmacist's response was "too bad.". No "do you want to try this instead" nothing. My local pharmacy went out of their way to not only find me an alternative, but call to ensure everything was going well. And I wasn't paying them a monthly fee. The counselor with Jill health also didn't seem very educated on the psychology of weight loss, and somewhat bored in our sessions. Beyond that the nutritional advice was also quite dated. I had a lot of hair loss issues following their diet plan, and way too much fat loss. Just speaking to my GP and tweaking things so I was more focused on my protein levels accelerated my weight loss and really helped the hair and muscle loss. While this company is an easy way to get weight loss meds, I wouldn't say they're worth their cost

Jill Health is not a good business. They will sell you ozempic and other GLP1's. Thats where the positives end. There is zero support from anyone and in fact to get an individual on the phone is near impossible. Canceling even more of a headache.

Super easy. Great service. Great deals. Love the deals! Used many of their products over the years. My favs were Latisse and their brow serum. Also, loved their minoxidil hair growth serum.
