I ordered a gift set of socks as a present for someone. Turns out they already had that set so I checked the returns policy, and I just had to send them back (to Spain). The policy stated I was liable for postage, taxes and fees. I returned them via international parcel force.
I didn't hear anything so after a couple of weeks I checked the tracking, and it stated the parcel had been refused.
I contacted customer support and after about a week I received a response reiterating that it was up to me to pay postage, taxes and fees, so they'd refused the parcel.
It has been returned to a Spanish post office, waiting to be collected by me. I'm in the UK.

Now customer service aren't responding.

I accept liability for any additional fees, but how am I supposed to know what fees or taxes Spanish customs are going to apply before I send the socks. The obvious thing is to take any fees out of my refund. As it is, I've spent £54 on the socks, £11 on the postage, and don't even have the socks.
And the returns process is 'send them back to us and write your order number on the package'. There's no way to initiate a return from the website (with a potential option to pre-pay fees), so there's no way of tracking your return if it actually gets through to them.

This is not how to run a company, they will go bust within the next couple of years. Perhaps that's why they are trying so hard to avoid refunds.

Incidentally, I'd already ordered a different gift set to give to the person, so it's not like they were losing a sale. Avoid Jimmy Liars

I was a bit nervous reading the reviews from trustpilot after buying from the storw. But the items arrived today in perfect condition just as expected. The socks are great quality. Would 100% recommend.

Guys, be careful because the package is not being shipped and no one replies. I believe this is a scam. I have requested information about my package and no one responds. Since November 25th, I still haven’t received my tracking number. I asked for a refund and they are ignoring me.

Do not use this company. I ordered on Black Friday this year and have yet to receive the order, and they’ve ignored my repeated requests for an update. It’s now got so bad I’ve started a pay dispute process with my bank. Really disappointed.

Never heard from them after ordering. I emailed many times. They said they don't have an order associated with my email. I sent the order # and the PayPal receipt. They responded saying they don't have have an order connected to my email. Makes no sense. Canceling the order through PayPal tomorrow. I ordered almost 3 weeks ago. Don't trust.

I ordered two mystery boxes, turns out they just put the same socks in every mystery box, and they put the ugliest socks in the store, this is quite a scam.

I placed an order with Jimmy Lion on July 9th, expecting it to arrive within the promised 4–7 business days. It's now been nearly two weeks, and not only did I not receive the product, but the shipping process was a complete mess. I received no tracking number until after I contacted them, and then, to my shock, FedEx confirmed that the package was sent to the wrong city altogether.

When I reached out to customer support, I was told there’s nothing they can do about the shipping address and that it’s on me to figure out how to receive the package from the wrong location. To make matters worse, there was zero proactive communication from their side. I only found out that there was a mistake after I had already noticed the issue myself.

I’ve requested a refund due to this error, but the lack of accountability or support leaves me wondering if this company even cares about its customers. As someone who ordered from a brand with great promise, I feel completely let down by their poor service and complete disregard for the customer experience.

I’ve ordered from them multiple times, my first order was a year and a half ago, and I’m still enjoying the socks I got back then. They’re super durable with funky designs. Life’s too short for boring socks 🪩

First they said my first order was lost by the courier even the courier tracking saying they were waiting to receive the order. They then refunded my order without me asking for a refund instead of just resending it. I placed another order which again sat in the same tracking status of "awaiting consignment" for multiple days. Their customer service strung me along for almost two weeks and eventually stopped replying completely. I eventually just told them to refund my order because I was getting nowhere. Shame theyre so incompetent the designs are actually pretty sick.

I bought a pair of socks from this company in Madrid on vacation. I don’t have an order number or receipt bec i was on vacation and who keeps track of that stuff; it was a one off passed by store and grabbed a few pairs. Also they said based out of nyc so i was like okay cool I live there if there’s an issue. I washed these socks one time. There are 4 visible holes. Poor quality. Cheap. Overpriced. terrible customer service. Continue to demand that I have an order number. It’s like listen I was on vacation I don’t have a receipt or an order number! What do you think I stole these socks! How about if they were a gift?! You’d expect me to ask for a receipt? No what I’d do is tell the person gifted to me these are crap refrain from buying in the future. If this was a company with any sort of class they’d offer a replacement immediately.

After buying a pair of socks in Spain I ordered another two pairs of socks to be delivered to the UK. The socks are very high quality and they have some great designs. Shipping was smooth (ordered Friday and delivered Wednesday). Make sure your order is below the threshold for import duty unless you are happy to pay the extra tax.

A Company which ships items from Spain to the UK and basically, to cover itself, says; "We have no idea what your shipment will cost you by the time it reaches its destination" ...

"Related to the shipments, we want to inform you that according to your country's customs policies, customs duties may be added and collected before you are able to receive your shipment. We apologise for these costs which, unfortunately, are beyond the control of Jimmy Lion and our shipping partners, as Customs are government agencies."

This is a shame because I love their designs and have worn these great socks until they're virtually threadbare.

I have ordered from Jimmy Lion before with no issues. This time however my order is stuck somewhere and I’ve contacted customer service at least 3 times with no response. I placed my order on Dec 9th with an estimation of 4-7 business days for delivery but still not here. I don’t count on it arriving for Xmas at all. I will never order from them again. This is a shame as the quality and styles of the socks are great.

The socks are awesome and good quality. The customer service answers fast. The bad thing is they use DHL. They asked a third of the price for fees. I will not re order because it makes it too expansive. Too bad

My order is stuck at the border. I was called and asked to provide customs information on the order that can only be provided by Jimmy Lion. My FedEx tracking was provided in a foreign language. I have now made repeated requests to Jimmy Lion to find out where my order is. No response. I had no idea these socks originate in Spain or wherever. Super sketchy. I want to request a refund but I'm getting nowhere.

I first discovered these in their shop when I was in Madrid and purchased a few pairs. They were so soft and I love the designs.
A few years later and I wear them very often, so wear and tear means they're no longer at their best.
I ordered some online to be delivered to the UK.
Bearing in mind they're coming from the EU and we have more customs controls these days, they were delivered in a week.
I still love them and will seek them out whenever I visit Spain.

Awful Delivery and Customer service.
I ordered 10 days ago and still yet to arrive, to then receive a notification I need to now pay a customs charge of 1/3 of the order!!! I appreciate I should may have checked but this to me was a UK based company so it was a surprise! My whole experience has been appalling!!! STAY CLEAR!!!!

Socks are great and lovely designs and arrived in no time at all, I was a little worried about the negative reviews but being Shipped from Spain and arriving the next day with regular updates was fantastic and couldn't fault the service

I bought 3 pair of socks from Spain. The shipping was fast as they said in the email:2 working days. The products are amazing! The size is just perfect for me and the quality is as I was expecting. I was worried for the bad reviews but my experience was just great!
