I’m really disappointed with Jio’s…
I’m really disappointed with Jio’s customer service. The representative I spoke to, Kirtika Roy, was extremely rude and talked without any manners. Instead of helping with my issue, she was impatient and disrespectful, which made the whole experience frustrating.
I expected better communication and professionalism from Jio. It’s unacceptable for a customer service agent to behave this way. I hope Jio takes this seriously and provides proper training to their staff on how to speak politely and handle customer queries with respect.
Very poor experience overall. I’m genuinely reconsidering continuing with Jio if this is the kind of service being offered.

Very bad experience. Will not recommend to anyone. There has been no Jio network at my home for 3 days. I have already raised a complaint (SR00002PZAHZ), but there has been no update or resolution so far. I am unable to make calls, use data, or send messages. This is highly inconvenient and unacceptable. Please take immediate action

How Jio is steeling our money Directly
My base plan was about to expire on 11th & on 5th my daily data exhausted so I did data recharge of 69 with it's separate validity of 7 days & 6GB data which was supposed to expire on 12th around 3.30pm. Since my base plan was expiring earlier so I did same base plan recharge & it start cutting data from that while 3.49 GB was still left from 6 GB with left validity. This is the way how jio is make us fool. I can't use 3.49 separate validity data now & it will expire so from 69 rs, I could use data of apx 11 Rs only. 69-11=58, 58× number of this problem facing jio users = Our stolen money donation in Ambani's son's wedding.

This is the mistake i have made by taking Jio connection…there is service disruption ….after scheduling engineer…nobody visit till 4 days …every time I call customer care they only say we will make it on priority basis…and nothing happens..I have to die and call them again and again. This kind of issue happened more then 5 time with me where issue is not getting resolve till 5 days

Jio is the 1st company who provide free services since covid and providing network to every corner of the world to remote areas, urban areas , rural areas, and even in some areas where there was no mobiles exist. This is impressive and usefull for those who want to make contact to their family members from the corners of the world. It is brilliant and i have a great experience with it. Love it.

If I could rate this zero stars, I would. This is hands down the worst network and call provider I’ve ever had the misfortune of using. The call connectivity is beyond terrible – constant call drops, poor voice quality, and signal bars that might as well be imaginary. It’s like trying to have a conversation through a blender – choppy, noisy, and absolutely infuriating.
This isn’t just an inconvenience anymore – it’s a daily source of stress. Whether I’m in the middle of an important work call or trying to reach family, the connection fails every single time. In 2025, this level of service is laughable. Actually, no – it’s pathetic.
