It would have been more helpful to send things together as the dress and the shoes are an outfit, and the return only allows you 14 days, so being able to try things together would have been helpful. Thankfully it all worked though, beautiful dress and shoes.

Dress damaged, non existent customer service
I purchased a dress costing almost £200 for my daughter's prom.
It arriving stuffed in a small cardboard box. On further inspection, the fabric of the dress had caught in the zip of the bag and was damaged and there were several large pulls in the tule fabric. Finally the underlayer which is clearly visible was badly creased.
I have seen better quality dresses in a charity shop!
Unable to contact customer service, commenced and received a refund, but they have deducted the return postage charge. I have asked that this is also refunded as it is their fault the dress was faulty and packed poorly.

Dress didn't match description
I ordered a dress and was disappointed with the fit. It really didn't match the website pictures, where it was fitted on the model and "roomy" on me despite my measurements matching the size I ordered. Plus, the dress was partially transparent, which also I couldn't tell from the website pics. After requesting a refund and return, I got ~70% of my total payment back, not including tax/shipping. What? Since when do you not get the full price you paid for an item back? I'm not sure if maybe I'm misunderstanding, but the way the receipt showed it, it looks very sketchy. So disappointed. I was thinking about trying one or two other dresses after sending this one back but after that and reading other reviews online, I'll just look elsewhere.

Unexpectedly straightforward to return for refund
The outfit took quite a while to arrive (over a month, with lots of updates emailed), but was really nice. Unfortunately the top didn't fit me - looked fab but I couldn't move, but maybe I should have gone a size up. The return was very straightforward and I got my refund pretty quickly. So a good experience although I didn't keep the top & trousers.

All dresses I tried were excellent quality.
Had they not have been quality dresses I would have not have kept one.
It would have been nice if the try ons drop to 10.00 each after 3 items.
2 areas to improve
1) where are items shipped from (Canada or out of country to help determine wait times)
2) how are items shipped (Canada post is perfect, as it makes returning items easier when from a small town)

The try on option takes the stress out of choosing an event dress. Got and kept the right size and styles. Easy return of the ones I didn’t want. This is now my go to.

Excellent Experience and a Beautiful Dress
I was hesitant to buy a dress for a formal occasion online, but don't have many options where I live. JJ's House popped up on my social media so I decided to look into it. The online reviews were mostly positive, so I decided to give it a shot.
It was easy to find dresses that fit my criteria. The website has great filters that make finding what you want easy. I also liked the video instructions on how to measure yourself for a dress. The instructions were clearly explained and easy to follow. I was able to use the measurements to determine that I would order a pre-made size, but there is an option for custom sizing which would work for many people.
I liked the ability to "try before you buy" for $10.00. I decided to do that, because I really wanted to be sure the dress would fit well and not need much in the way of alterations. The dress arrived within 10 days, and it fit well. It only needed to be shortened and nipped in in a few places. Also, when I decided to keep the dress, I got 15% off the price.
Some words of caution for the try before you buy dresses: they cannot be returned if you decide to keep them but change your mind. Also, they may have been tried on previously, so please be sure to inspect the dress carefully, and return it promptly if you decide not to keep it.
As for the quality, the material was lovely, and the color was uniform. The seams were all fine as well. I did find the sleeves a bit tight for me (I am plus size) but not so much so that I needed to have them altered.
This was a very positive and easy on-line dress buying experience. I highly recommend!

Pretty, BUT…..
Pretty, BUT, there are no sizes on any dress tags, even though a size is listed on the clear bag.
ALSO, the ID numbers on the bag don’t match the ID numbers on the dresses.
Therefore, there is no way to confirm what dress size is actually in any given bag. Obviously when dresses are returned this is not being checked.
I have no clue what sizes I actually tried on since I ordered multiple at one time to try different styles and sizes.
This also makes the return and exchange process hellish because the dress and bag ID number’s don’t match.
I wanted a different color in a certain dress and can only hope that I ordered the correct size based on what was on the bag, not on the dress.
And, the dresses are long. (I’m 5’ 5.5”)
You will need to size up from standard American sizes.
PLEASE PUT A SIZE LABEL ON THE DRESSES!
