Very easy. Shoes are perfect and everything went smoothly. No issues. Quality is also very very good.

I have had 4 experiances with this company and I have been disappointed and frustrated every time.

1) I placed and order totalling £396 (including £45 for postage) and returned everything but 3 items (which cost me an additional £50 postage) which I was furstated by but reasured that I was going to get some money back. I chose to return so much because the white dresses where poorly made and completely see-through. A month later though, there was no money in my account and despite going to the company numerous times they never said a date that I would recieve payment by. I recieved a tracking notification but no number to track the returned parcel with. Luckily, I placed this order on my credit card so I contacted the company (after a full month of waiting for a refund and informing JJ House that I would raise the dispute in a week unless they responded to my emails) and disputed the charge and received a full refund that way.

2) I ordered a wrap cover for my wedding. I saw it was reduced to £11 and thought, go on. Let's give it a go. I recieved the wrong item - they sent a veil. I was offered a refund but I tried to get the company to send out a replacement so it was the correct item but I was repeatedly told there were none in stock. I accepted the redund (although at the time of writing this, I have still not recieved it.

3) My goodness, I found the exact same item (as point number 2) in stock on their website! I ordered it but was told it wouldn't arrive in time for my wedding (a shame but what could I do) so I asked for a refund and it was accepted (my only good dealing with the company - but again I still haven't recieved it).

4) BUT WAIT I found the exact same item on sale again and yay - it would be delivered in time!! With haste I ordered the wrap cover and the package was delivered 6 days before my wedding. This leads me to believe that the clothing they sell at full price is posted through international shipping and the sale items are not. Anyway, I don't know why I ever trusted this company (more fool me) because it wasn't the correct item yet again. It is a wrap cover but instead of it being cropped the front is cropped and the back is floor length. Again, an incorrect item so now I'm left with lots of tat I don't want.

I will never use this company again. My sister also ordered a dress and they got all the measurements wrong. She is getting married next year and we are informing everyone not to be persuaded by the cheap prices. I have already been in contact with the customer service several times so this review is not for the company - this is to ensure no more customers are scammed.

If you use this company make sure you purchase with your credit card where you are able to dispute lack of refunds.

I purchased my Mother of the groom dress here. I tried several from this company that I returned before finding the perfect one. The return process was very simple. My dress is gorgeous, beautiful color and the fit is amazing! Thank you JJs House for giving me the perfect dress, and for your great return policy.

Bought a beautiful prom dress, excellent communication re minor delays- the dress on arrival is beautiful - the custom fit option is great - however the waist is around 5inchs too large (we re checked the submitted measurements which were correct) & will now need to get this taken in ahead of the event - which is dissapointing.

The try at home process is so easy! I got the dress in two sizes to make sure I knew what I needed and easily returned them the next day. Since they didn't have the color I wanted in the try- on sizes, I can now order my dress with confidence.

JJshouse made my daughters grade 8 graduation dress shopping beyond easy & affordable. With the $15 try on program, it is super easy to make sure the dress you pick out not only looks the way it does online but also fits great. 10/10 reccomend

To have the choice to receive the actual dresses to try on is a wonderful idea! Rather than order by looking at pictures only... the "try on at home" makes the decision so much easier! It's like having your own dress shop at home!

I was scared for the dress not to look liek the picture but omg is exactly and great quality, it fits perfect i guided my self for sizes using their size measuring guide!

My dress has said it’s been delivered it has not looked everywhere and checked with neighbours and they haven’t received it no one knocked also. I’ve emailed them but no reply. I have a wedding coming up in 2 weeks I’m not happy at all.

Their sizes are terrible and charging over £15 for delivery AND charging me for return is a rip off. Won’t shop here again. No choice for QR code for return either. Very outdated system compared to other retail online stores.

I ordered from JJ's house for the first time. I ordered a mother's dress for my son's wedding. The dress was exactly what I wanted. Shipping was very fast, and they communicated very well with the shipping time. I would definitely order from them again

I ordered a try on at home. Peacock. They sent me emerald and said no to my refund cause it was an old roll of fabric?. Well its emerald still NOT peacock. The color didnt change. Your roll was . Not my fault. Probably not the only one to get an EMERALD dress that should be Peacock. If its OLD fabric. DONT SEND IT TO YOUR CUSTOMER. Mostly feels like this company DOESN'T want to give me my refund. Who cares if its thr try at home. Its the principal. Go to Azazia.. save yourself this bs. I have pictures of this mistake that they aren't taking responsibility for. This is really annoying 😑
One un happy 1st time customer

SCAM!!!!! I spent hours trying to pick the right dresses, added them to my basket and checked out and it said everything is out of stock. I then went back to the website and picked something else and same thing. What a waste of time. Avoid at all costs.

I got a wedding dress made to my size and when I received it … It was perfect it looked exactly like the picture. I couldn’t of been happier with the dress.. Thank you JJ’S House you done amazing job 10/10

Ordered a dress and accessories for my fiancée for our wedding, hasn't show up well past when we were told they would have it there only to find our order wasn't even going to show up within a months time of when they said it would arrive, so we wouldn't have the dress until after the wedding. I guess they lost our package in transit somehow, and now we have to find an alternative since this service was not even close to dependable... The customer service is also horrendous and very unhelpful, we've had multiple inquiries only to be told after a few attempts that they don't even know where the package is at. It currently has been 15 days since the last update on tracking of the shipping process and currently looking to get a refund since we won't be receiving the product in time for the event it was ordered for..

Ordered a try on dress which came when said it would the dress was perfect but too big ao I sent it back and ordered the correct size this is my 2nd time ordering bridesmaid dresses and they are very well made excellent quality materials just perfect dresses

The quality of the dresses is amazing especially considering the price. Very quick delivery and easy to return. Any issues they are very quick to respond and has been fixed no trouble at all. I’m very impressed with this company.

The try on was really easy. The dresses arrived quickly and got them back quickly without any problems. It was good quality.
