I ordered 4 dresses to try on for Mother of the Bride. It arrived and I got to try them on to see what I would like. Ended up ordering one of the dresses and the discount given was great. JJ House gives you a return shipping label, Easy to Return. Remember you have to send it back in 7 days. Dresses are good quality. Will order again from them.

Be careful when ordering custom size dresses
I used their try before you buy option and that was a good experience. However, when I decided to pick a dress and get it made to order it was a disaster. I took the measurements as requested by their guidelines. All I needed was the hem shortened and the chest area smaller. When I got the dress, the sleeves and chest area were significantly smaller than when I originally tried on the sample dress. I could barely put it on. I contacted the company and they said they changed the measurements of the sleeves and upper portion of the dress according to the dress proportion. Now the breast area has a big crease that I'm going to have to figure out how to fix. They should also ask people to measure the other parts of the body if they are going to make changes that are not requested. The dress was pricey already, I had to pay them to get it altered and then it still didn't fit. They gave me a 30% credit but that didn't even cover the alteration I had to do again at a tailor. It was a very frustrating and very disappointing experience.

Expensive Dresses at Reasonable Prices
This site was easy to use.
I “tried” 4 dresses for $40. They came with a paid return label and I sent back what I didn’t want to keep. I also had the option of getting a newly made dress of the one I chose that had never been tried. I liked having that choice

JJ's House Made It Easy!
JJ's House made it easy to choose a mom-of-the-groom gown.
I enjoyed the filters on the website which made it easier for me to narrow my search to dresses of my preference. They have a wide range of color choices and an option to try on dresses before purchasing.
I ordered three floor-length gowns which were all beautiful, well-made, and looked great on. Of the three, I chose one and will be ordering over the next week, a custom size and in a shade of green.

Bridesmaid dresses
Myself and 5 bridesmaids attended an appointment at the shop in London. We had a mixture of different sizes to shop for but Sabrina was amazing, constantly running back and forth, answering questions and even bringing us a dress that wasn’t on display which suited every bridesmaid and we bought it. Great Experience!
Loved this experience. We did the Try On experience for my daughter for Winter Formal. We had four dresses shipped to us and chose one to keep. It was an easy process - and it had good results! All of the dresses were good quality. She found one she loved. I also like that the dresses were decent length, as most of the dresses we could find around our area or from other online retailers were super short. Good quality dresses, easy process, we will definitely use JJ's again!

I have had a fantastic experience with JJ House! They have many options to choose from! Their program to try on and ship back those that don’t fit is great! I was able to find the best dress from them for my daughter’s wedding!

Great dress and service for an outstanding price!
I used this company last year for my wedding dress. I admit, I was a bit sceptical at first, after a very bad experience with a different online retailer, but my purchase with JJ's House was faultless. They were quick to ship my "tester" dresses out and then, when I ordered my preferred style, they didn't disappoint. I wouldn't hesitate to re-order from this company again. The quality was great and the price was excellent.

I used their try-on scheme for a few…
I used their try-on scheme for a few dresses. Which didn't suit me, so I returned them within the time period they specified.
I had to chase them to see if they had recieved the dresses and I didn't get a refund for the dresses. Even though it states on their website that it is free to ship and free to return.
Still waiting for a response from their customer services. Not great.
