STAY AWAY from this company

STAY AWAY from this company. They will ship out the clothes you order fast, I will give them that. But if you ever have to deal with a refund or an exchange, then they resort to shady tactics to delay or just not give you a refund or exchange.

Appealing customer service

Appealing customer service, haven’t received refund or replacement for returns despite lots of email exchanges. Have had to resort to Credit Card Charge Back process which means I have now been refunded but will never purchase from here again

🚫DO NOT ORDER Only medium quality, when trying to return items the customer service is terrible. Just keep preaching it's only 14 days to return. On website states Christmas orders have 30 days to return but they have closed off the returns portal and just phob you off until 30 days have elapsed. "Hassle free" returns at top of page is a lie! Read all the comments before you think or ordering but just don't bother

Scammers avoid

Please note that this is the same company as jkattire.co.uk. they changed their domain name probably to hide all this negative reviews. So I am reposting my review here to make sure people know what a terrible company this is:

Avoid at all costs. I bought 3 tracksuits from them, with just 1 wear two of already started coming apart at the seams by the groin area. Only wore one around the house! I have other branded tracksuits that I wear to the gym going strong afer 5 years and hundreds of washes.

I contacted the seller immediately for a replacement and was ignored. Eventually I was told by Abuzar "sorry bro are system doesn't allow us to send out replacements, it's physically impossible - but here's 30% off a next order you make".

The tracksuits are not fit for purpose and faulty under the consumer rights act 2015. Despite this Abuzar seems to think that UK trading standards doesn't apply to them and their own policy supersedes anything that the government have provided to protect consumers.

Thankfully I raised a case with PayPal. So I will end up getting a full refund either way.

I highly recommend anyone to avoid buying these cheap no name trackies, the poor customer service and blatant refusal to help under UK law is unbelievable.

Still waiting on a refund which JK are refusing. I asked my bank account for a charge back, JK have answered and offered a refund of £0.00? How does that make sense. Never ordering again. Company is a scam.

Did not receive item .. customer service extremely poor with just generic responses,
Therefore I have had to make complaint via PayPal who they also have failed to respond too !!

A item was missing from my parcel

A item was missing from my parcel, I contacted them via email, there is no phone number. They emailed back and stated, the item is out of stock and to chose an alternate. I asked for a refund or I chose a pair of black cargos and sent them a picture. That was a week ago and no response. I’ve emailed them again, chasing still no response. Absolutely shocking service. I don’t have much faith in them. I spent 200 pounds on that order, never again will I be buying from them.

TERRIBLE RETURNS POLICY

Clothing if it fits is decent quality however if you're in any doubt re fit DO NOT order as their customer service and returns policy is appalling!
Need to pay for returns and even if it does get returned the credit takes forever and a day to be done. If it ever gets done at all! Be very careful!

This company do not follow the consumer rights act and do not respect their customers. I have faulty goods that were a gift and by law they have to replace or repair. They just keep saying 14 days return policy, which is for general returns. I am perusing new routes to get this issue sorted.

They have turned off their Google reviews so you can't read the customer feedback.

Keep your money and spend it somewhere that knows how to trade and not scam.

Terrible Experience

I placed my first order with JK Attire on 3rd October, but unfortunately, the clothes didn’t fit. You have a two-week window to return items, which is usually fine. However, I made an honest mistake by mixing up return labels from another company I’d ordered from, and sent my JK Attire return to them by accident. The other company kindly informed me of the mistake and offered to forward the parcel to the correct address for me, so I emailed JK Attire on 16th October to request their returns address, explaining the situation.

To my disappointment, I received a generic email asking me to use their returns portal, which wasn’t helpful for my situation since I just needed the address. After a frustrating week of back-and-forth emails, JK Attire showed little willingness to assist. Their responses were unempathetic and unhelpful, with no effort made to understand the issue or resolve it. In the end, they sent a final, dismissive email stating that since the return period had passed, my return would be rejected.

While I know it was my mistake for sending the parcel to the wrong place initially, the customer service from JK Attire was shockingly bad. Their lack of support and unwillingness to help made the whole experience terrible. I won’t be ordering from them again, and I’ll be advising my friends to avoid them too. Save yourself the hassle.

Unprofessional/Frauds

Absolutely unprofessional! Placed an order for the mix set which is over £100 and they told me it got lost and they cannot provide refund! Disgusting act, consequently please don't shop with them.

Tried to return items as sizing was way…

Tried to return items as sizing was way off. Would not allow me to create a return label. I emailed to be provided with a return address and when the eventually got back to me I was told it was outside of there returns policy. This system is done purposely to avoid exchanges and refunds. Scam company stay away.

DISGUSTINGLY UNPROFESSIONAL. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BRAND

The company is so unprofessional and the quality of their clothes is TERRIBLE. I received my order then asked for an exchange. Time was passing by after I had sent back the clothes and it was marked as delivered. They didn't do anything and when I was asking about it they would say I have to wait for 14 days to pass before they can do anything!! When it finally hit 14 days, I still had not received anything and at this point I wanted a refund for the clothes. They denied it. BTW I exchanged these clothes because their sizing is way off so I needed to size up to an XL (Never worn an XL in anything in my life, I'm normally a medium). When my exchange order finally arrived at my door it was clothes with size labels that said M but tags that said XL and the quality is shockingly bad for the price. The tracksuits are paper thin. After going to their website I could see that they were out of stock for XL in the tracksuit I was sent. This means that instead of telling me that they don't have the size I ordered they purposely sent me the wrong size to get my order out the way. HOW LAZY!!! Just give me back my money!!
If you were lucky enough to check the trustpilot before ordering then PLEASE save yourself the stress and stay away from this company. The support team is unprofessional and they do not care about you once they have your money.

There aftercare is shocking.


There aftercare is shocking.

Messaged on multiple occasions with pictures of the faulty item to be sent the same generic email. “Your past the 14 day returns policy as per our website states”

Only tried them on when they arrived,

Then Realised when I came to wear them the stitching was coming away in a few places . I only wanted an exchange for the same pair.

To be told I’m past the 14 day return policy and that’s that , still had tags on and in original packaging .

Purchased 13th April and sent pictures of damaged product 2nd may so was just a few days past there policy “deadline” even though the item was faulty.

Not one to leave reviews like this but they weren’t cheap either

There is no customer support after the…

There is no customer support after the purchase has been made. It is my duty to remind these charlatans that they must comply with the U.K distance selling laws here in the U.K. You must allow a customer to return the goods if they are not suitable. It was disappointing that the item I received was a little too baggy and did not match what was described. Reached out to enquiries at … multiple times only to have been ghosted? Well here is my review and hopefully it will discouraged others. Well thats the plan.

Extremely bad

Extremely bad, definitively NOT recommended, do not buy from them !
I bought a jacket in mid-December, never delivered; the tracking reports to a courier that it is not clear whether it exists or not. The package finally results returned to sender, and as of today at the end of February we have not received the refund or the discount voucher promised by them. It is a scam.

I would give this company a minus 5 if…

I would give this company a minus 5 if it was possible. Absolutely shocking. I returned an item with their 14 day ridiculous returns terms. Had got confirmation they received it on 4th Jan. & still not had my refund, despite loads of emails - they say its been passed to another team to investigate!!!!!!! What is their to investigate, they have the item & also my money. I have checked the Government website & they are clearly breaking the law. Will never use again & will be reporting to trading Standards as well
